For those of you who never had the opportunity to experience this wonderful gem of a restaurant, on a side street in Keyport, NJ, you are too late. My husband and visited TRINITY Restaurant last Tuesday, only to find the pklace closed, with a large FOR SALE sign in the doorway. What a shame. Just when there was finally a... More

Place was empty. Large portions but food was mediocre at best. Spinach salad was awful. Steak had no flavor. Waiter did not know the "paper" menu. Definitely overpriced for atmosphere, ambience and quality of food

If you want a gastronomic adventure you'll love this place. Interesting foods, always delicious. Not for your steak and potato fans.

We decided to try Trinity after many friends told us about it. We went during Restaurant Week with the 3 course menu for $30.13. First off, we went to 3 places that week and kudos to Trinity for having many more choices than the others. Started at the bar for cocktails...bartender very friendly and she made great drinks..took a while... More

The space is beautiful and the service was good. For the first time in my life I sent my food back. The nearly $30 crab cake wasn't edible. It was dense and disgusting, like cat food. I had my husband taste it just to be sure it was as bad as I thought and he agreed. We won't be back.... More

I've been here several times for dinner, and we held my son's graduation college graduation party here last year. The location is good, in central Keyport. There is a parking lot next door, and quite a bit of street parking on the surrounding streets. The decor (former church building) is unique, spacious, and cheery. There is a nice bar on... More

The reviews on other review sites were quite good for this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. The church setting is certainly interesting, and added to our enjoyment of this place. Our waiter was very helpful and pleasant, chatting about a range of things throughout our time here. I had the petite wedge salad, whose size suited... More

This place was amazing when Chef Michael was there, but after he left, the place went downhill. And the problem is that the owner gives the staff "run of the house" when he should be watching alot closer to what is going on. One waitress in particular gives you the impression that she is totally professional, but she disappears whenever... More

My first thoughts....Sad to see such a beautiful building, inside and out, with barely any patrons on a Thursday evening in the summer. This place has a bar, one would think it would be packed. Then it came to light. The food was just ok and so overpriced. I had the filet, which i requested done medium. It came out... More

The restaurant is a converted church and follows that theme. The menu is varied from American standards like burgers but also offers spanish flavored entrees. The restaurant is a good place to take a date or a big party
