Just went there today for dinner! Easy to get to location but no parking(best access to Exchange Place Path or Light Rail). The price was great for the food and location. I had a fire roll sushi which was pretty good but the teriyaki chicken, miso soup and the seafood appetizer had to much salt. Overall the service was excellent...

We are frequent diners at Honshu. The food is excellent and the service is helpful. When dining there try the Tuna Tart tar Trees EXCEPTIONAL
You can't go wrong at Honshu. Great fresh sushi, fantastic prices, good service, and nice ambiance. If you are looking for a new sushi spot do not hesitate to try Honshu.
I would never have tried this place if coworkers hadn't taken me under their wing to show me what it had to offer. It's a second floor restaurant and the stairway up is decorating in a way that would make you lower your expectations. However, the sushi is great. My favorite starter is the spicy tuna tartare. Oh my god the fish is so fresh.best I ever tested. Sooo goood. The service is so friendly.my tea cup never empty.
I had read a few indifferent reviews, but was really quite impressed with this place (despite the lack of beer and saki). Edamame was perfect and freshly steamed. The Izakaya roll was great (could have done with some saki), and the luxury eel was very impressive to eat and to look at. My favourite fo rtaste though was a little...

Been all over Japan, and lived in NYC for twenty years, and with the exception of one sushi restaurant in NYC (Yasuda which is more specialized in any case), this is the best sushi I've ever had. We always get the sushi/sashimi combo. Miso soup is fresh and flavorful, and not too watery. Service is good. Soba noodles okay. Be...

I've eaten here multiple times and make every effort to make in over when in staying in NYC. Sushi is fresh and very creative. Jason and his complete staff make you feel welcome. I sit at the small sushi bar and watch them work their magic. Numerous rolls to choose from and daily specials as well. I always go for...
