The Spinach Dip is to die for!

Limited bar menu, but the spinach dip was oh so good. The wings were lacking in flavor and heftiness, but hey this was not a wing joint. View is great and good selection of beer.

It is much what you expect in a hotel restaurant. Food was ok, not great, not bad. But the server we had (Shay) went above and beyond: friendly, engaging and very good at her job. Made the visit so enjoyable.

Such a shame that this restaurant didn't live up to its potential and magnificent location. The Service was good and it was the Server who picked up I was struggling to cut the pork loin which had been cooked for 4 hours. Stupidly I assumed it would be tender (so did the Server) but the chef came out (of his... More

I dined here alone as I travelled on business and had a very relaxing and enjoyable meal. I had nothing to start but ordered a Mai Tai from the bar which was perfect. I had a steak with yellow beets and balsamic dressing which was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly for me. The view was amazing and the... More

I dined here for breakfast and lunch on a recent business trip. Both meals were good - nice presentation, quality ingredients, and reasonable prices. The service was friendly on both occasions and just a bit slow for breakfast. The dining room was quiet enough which made for a leisurely and relaxed experience. The view is the powerhouse here and well... More

I just had an outing to NYC and finished it off with a dinner at The Vu in Jersey City which is in the Hyatt. Valet parking is 10$ for 3 hours which is very convenient. We were warmly greeted as we had reservations and they had my request of a table right next to the water center. The view... More

We stayed for the weekend and everything was amazing. We usually stay in nyc but when you are in the city you don't get the breathtaking city views. Had brunch at Vu and service was spectacular. VERY attentive staff. Every server went around the tables making sure everyone was feeling welcome and assuring the food was good. We heard many... More

We spent five days in the Hyatt and as Diamond members the breakfast is included. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and they keep it fresh. The majority of the staff was excellent, we had one gentleman that must have been having an off day but the other staff made up for him. The views are spectacular and... More

A pebble in my sons dinner. My husbands chicken was cold in a plate that was hot, my mussels, clams and rice noodles was soggy with only 3 mussels. Save your money.....
