They opened on Sundays beginning in November and offer a Gotham Special for 2 that is excellent. 32oz Ribeye bone in made for succulent fatty delight beautifully prepared with a savory dry rub. We had ours with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I opted for the pumpkin soup which was delicious--the occasional crunchy roasted pumpkin seed a textural treat. We tried... More

Visited Edwards on our trip to see the Giants play at MetLife. Easy walking distance from our Hotel and in a classic old building, Edwards was a great experience from start to finish. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and there were some unique sides to try (try the smoked bacon, never seen that as a side before but it was... More

This was my first visit back since they reopened after Hurricane Sandy flooded them and closed them down. We were a party of five and everyone raved about their meal. I had steak--perfectly done, seasoned and tender as could be. A friend had chicken and commented that it was the best pan seared chicken he ever had. Edward's also has... More

following the other good reviews we decided to go over for a steak (we live close by). We all had different steaks and cuts and all of us were pleased with he quality. The porterhouse for one was delicious. My wife had surf and turf, yummy. We also had some desserts, banana chocolate cake, blueberry tart and a carrot cheesecake.... More

We were RVing at Liberty Harbor Marina & RV Park and decided to have a quick meal at this restaurant with people we were parked next to. Can I say that I had one of the best steaks I have ever had - I had the pepper steak and also my wife had an excellent steak. Don't misjudge this place... More

One of the best places where you can eat at the bar. Full menu is served there and on a weeknight it won't be as crowded so it's perfect! Outstanding service and top notch martinis! The espresso martini they make is fabulous and makes a great dessert or paired up with dessert too. Filet mignon sliders are amazing and the... More

They have a great bar menu, the sliders are awesome, along with bacon, and a chopped salad. The atmosphere is always great, we almost always sit at the bar, but the dining room for a nice steak with friends is also great. Best bartenders in JC.

Basement restaurant in a brownstone in Jersey City. Great service from Mario. Nice menu with a lot of difficult choices. I picked the fix priced ($40) meal with a nice salad, appetizer, Delmonico steak with a fine potato hash brown and creamed spinach. Delmonico steaks are difficult to,cook RARE but they did it perfectly. Music selections in the background were... More

I love this place. Hidden on Marin Avenue and NYC steakhouse quality. Completely destroyed during Sandy but renovated now and as great as ever!
