While I live in Hope on the weekends, I live in NYC during the week. Gio's uses cheap cheese; you can tell because of the oil that RUNS OFF. Maybe it's great for those who are related to the owners; but for those who are honest the pizza is very ordinary.

I've eaten pizza regularly from New York to Philly and everywhere in NJ. This place is phenomenal. The Margarita pie was the best pizza I've ever had. The owner got the tomatoes from a stand by Silver Lake Road. Everywhere says they use fresh ingredients, but seriously, that's taking it to another level. It's that kind of effort that makes... More

As soon as this place changed ownership, it went uphill fast. The pizza is really great and the dinners are good as well. Our favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza...it's the best we've had anywhere. A few minor gripes are that when I order pasta and broccoli with light oil they kind of broth it up a little, which my... More

I love the food the meat balls are meaty unlike others pizza places used mostly bread crumbs as fillers , The sandwiches are over suffed you could feed 3 kids with one there really tasty the staff is friendly , The prices are a little high but at lease you are getting what you pay for ,

Our family and friends have been going to Gio's which is now Hope Pizza for many years! We use them for all our parties, events with sports etc...Ever since the new owner Hope Pizza took over, has been a HUGE disappointment! He raised the prices, quality of the food has gone down hill and he claims he's a chef??? Yeah... More

We live within 3 miles and saw the new ownership sign and figured we would give it a shot as we had company visiting from out of town. We called in an order for a pie and wings on a Friday. We were told 40 minutes. Arrived at 7:20 and didn't leave with my food until after 8. After arrival,... More

Tried Gio's again as we heard they are under new management. What a difference!! Pizza crust was thin, crispy and pretty much perfect. I had their white pizza with spinach and mushrooms- it was superb. The new menu had some interesting gourmet pizzas- mango jalapeno with chicken sounds good and I will give it a shot next time!! Once again... More

From the first time I was there with my son, nothing had changed. Still the best pizza around. To be honest, since we moved up here from South Jersey, this is the best pizza north of 195, including Morris County. Look for my wife's review soon! Oh, the staff are the best too!
