I must say the place is not big in size but big in taste!! Anything you choose off the menu has that authentic Latin flavor like if it was made at home in Cuba. Enjoy cause I have over and over again.

Great cuban food in a small unpretentious cafe in Hoboken. I just love this place and its our go-to place when we just want nice warm comfort food. Start with the empanadas - either chicken or beef. I went for the beef -- the filling is generous and flavorful -- in a crusty pastry shell that is not soggy. I... More

Cuban food ofall kinds-- very good. Appetizers are large and all entrees are large portions. Place is kind of small and tight. BYOB--- prices are great.

I had breakfast here 2 out of 3 data on a recent trip to Hoboken. Excellent fried plantains and cafe con leche! The service was very good and friendly and the bacon delicious.

When my friend suggested trying a sandwich shop that everyone was talking about, I immediately envisioned a reuben sandwich piled high with pastrami and covered with sauerkraut. I began to salivate much like I do when I hear the sound of a bell ringing. We arrived at Ike's at about 1:45 PM on a Friday. The line was out the... More

You have to visit this place if you go to NYC or NJ! The staff are very friendly, food is incredible and the service is quick. The Cuban Toast is a must!! Great value for money. There aren't many tables and it gets busy on a sunday for brunch so get there early!!

Tempted by the reviews here, I visited La Isla in early October for an early dinner & was not disappointed. Their cuisine is well-presented, simple, and delicious; the atmosphere is laid-back, busy, and the servers attentive and cheerful. Very good and worth your time.

This is a very small eatery so be prepared to wait but its worth it. There is a clipboard where you write your name down with size of party. There are a few tables and there are seats at the counter. The staff is efficient and keeps everything moving so your wait is not that long. The food is excellent... More

Very good meal in a small setting. The food was very good but the place only has about 5 small tables inside. Had the shrimp cevechie and salmon it was great

We were wandering around Hoboken Path station looking for good place to have breakfast before heading to Manhattan. This small Cuban restaurant, which I often frequented when there for lunch, was open for breakfast to our delight. The 3 of us had 3 different kinds of breakies for us to share, and all were really good. The meals were in... More
