Went to Hoboken, NJ just to visit Carlo's bakery. When I got there, waited in line in front of the bakery--then was told that I was in the line for folks who already had tickets (the ones with numbers). I was directed to wait in another line (by the CVS pharmacy) and there I was given a ticket. the people... More

My family has watched every episode of cake boss and when we were planning a NYC trip we had to go. 2 hrs from start to finish. So happy we went. Did not see any of the famous family but didn't expect to either. We got a little of everything and it was fantastic!

Is the wait really worth it? We didn't think so. If all your looking for is some quality pastries, FuggeddaboutiT! Lots of other local places to get the same quality pastries from. If you have to just be able to say, "I was at that place on TV", then knock yourself out.

It took my family few hours to get in but it was worth it and the guy working the door was great. The bakery itself was awesome my youngest is a huge fan of the show. I would have liked to see more vintage photos rather than glamour shots they had on the wall. The food was well worth the... More

It took my family 2hrs to complete the process and the guy working the door was great. The bakery itself was ok. I would have liked to see more vintage photos rather than glamour shots they had on the wall. The food was well worth the wait in line. We bought a little bit of every thing but the cannolis,... Long lines, tasteless food and a bunch of no personality youth running the place.... Cannoli cream tastes like honey, cupcakes dry and shortening taste frosting ..... Cheesecake was ok.... Really disappointed

This was our second time coming to this location. We would recommend it to anyone in the area. We have been to the other locations in NYC and Vegas and they did not compare to this one. I think if you want the best you have to go to the original. Be prepared to wait no matter what time you... More

Crowded but worth it. Hard to find parking in the area. Found a parking garage that advertised 1 hour for $9. Returned 5 minutes late and the total charge was $18. Read the signs well.

We stopped in on our way to Manhattan. Grab a ticket when you walk in and browse the displays. Find your favorites and when your number is called your ready. Prices aren't too bad and the chocolate canoli's are awesome and a must get.

I'm a huge fan of the telly show Cake Boss and when we travelled to NYC from England, I jumped at the chance of visiting the bakery. Hoboken itself was lovely and well worth a visit even if just to see the view of Manhattan in all it's glory. Carlo's was... Pretty poor. Although the queue was not out the... More
