My son and I made this our last (and best) stop after visiting NY. We did have to wait in line outside and inside, but that is to be expected, so be patient. The chocolate gnash ring cake was the BEST! The prices may seem a little high, but it was worth the quality and taste! We weren't disappointed with... More

The food is good, but it takes about 30 minutes to get there, we had a 11/2 hour wait, then they did not include everything in our order. They were quick to adjust my visa bill, but it was a disappointing trip for my granddaughter, whose item they did not include, and whose choice it was to go in the... More

Lined up in front of CVS. Went to the end and waited for an employee from Carlo's to bring tickets to those who didn't have a number. It was a total of 2 hrs. From the time we got in line, till we left. My daughter is a huge fan of the show, so this was a must stop. Once... More

My kids (ages 5 and 8) love the Cake Boss so we knew we needed to stop in on a recent trip through NJ. We ordered a cake online through there Grab N Go option. It allows you to skip the line (which appeared to be VERY long) and pick up right at the front door. You are allowed to... More

Went to Hoboken, NJ just to visit Carlo's bakery. When I got there, waited in line in front of the bakery--then was told that I was in the line for folks who already had tickets (the ones with numbers). I was directed to wait in another line (by the CVS pharmacy) and there I was given a ticket. the people... More

My family has watched every episode of cake boss and when we were planning a NYC trip we had to go. 2 hrs from start to finish. So happy we went. Did not see any of the famous family but didn't expect to either. We got a little of everything and it was fantastic!

Is the wait really worth it? We didn't think so. If all your looking for is some quality pastries, FuggeddaboutiT! Lots of other local places to get the same quality pastries from. If you have to just be able to say, "I was at that place on TV", then knock yourself out.

It took my family few hours to get in but it was worth it and the guy working the door was great. The bakery itself was awesome my youngest is a huge fan of the show. I would have liked to see more vintage photos rather than glamour shots they had on the wall. The food was well worth the... More

It took my family 2hrs to complete the process and the guy working the door was great. The bakery itself was ok. I would have liked to see more vintage photos rather than glamour shots they had on the wall. The food was well worth the wait in line. We bought a little bit of every thing but the cannolis,... Long lines, tasteless food and a bunch of no personality youth running the place.... Cannoli cream tastes like honey, cupcakes dry and shortening taste frosting ..... Cheesecake was ok.... Really disappointed
