Jersey shore pizza

This is the neighborhood place. BYOB, picnic tables in the covered side porch with outdoor heaters. Soccer on the TV, the owner behind the counter. Soda cans in the fridge - grab what you like. Love Francescos- But we really love their Grandma pie followed by an order of pasta with garlic and oil. So simple- so delicious.

Before Storm Sandy this was my favorite go-to restaurant for authentic pizza. They closed for months after the storm. They re-opened with a new phone number but I am happy to report the pizza is the same!

Firstly, this is "Cheers" Italian style! Truly walk in more than once and either Phil or Jac "remember your name". If you want pizza, great...fabulous, but if you want to "kick it up a notch" eat dinner in this quaint and friendly place. Step in, sit down, order from the chalk board or menu...either way you cannot go wrong!!!! Have... More
