We were a large party of 13. I called ahead to reserve for a Tuesday night. Returned (again) to this restaurant last weekend. Food was spectacular, had my favorite Paella Marinara. Dining buddies also enjoyed their meal. If you are with 4 or less, request the front dining room. Large groups are seated in the back room and it can get extremely loud as people yell down the tables to their friends. The template for this... More

We were warmly welcomed into this intimate Spanish Restaurant. Staff and patrons laughed and joked with each other as we enjoyed the evening together. The food choices were plentiful. I enjoyed a vegetarian mushroom appetizer. Our friend chose an octopus appetizer that was excellent. Entree options included numerous vegetarian and seafood options which we appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by... More

By far one of the best Portuguese/Spanish style restaurants in NJ. Very large menu and great prices. Fantastic Sangria and terrific appetizers. Filet Mignon with Lobster was great. Spanish rice is the best. Top notch service. get there early because the place is small however. Semi casual but on the up side.

This place is great. We have been several times over the past six months after not going for several years do to a bad experience. I am happy to say that all of the issues that caused us to stop going have been fixed. The best thing about this place is the sangria and the service, both of which are... More

It had been about five years since we last visited this restaurant, which always served very good food for a fair price. We arrived early on a Friday evening, and was glad that we did because by six, the restaurant was almost completely filled. My husband and I shared the calamari appetizer, which is lightly breaded and served with a... More

We last visited Malaga more than twenty-five years ago. Our experience at that time was the reason that we took so long to return. Our recent experience, however, was a revelation. My wife had a clam appetizer that was excellent. I had a chorizo appetizer that was perfectly prepared and had an ample amount of the title ingredient. My older... More

Had a great New Year's Eve Dinner at Malaga's Restaurant in Trenton two weeks ago and every New Year's Eve for quite a few years. Their homemade white Sangria is the best. The food is out of the ordinary and always delicious. Service was excellent for such a busy night. Usually go there for a special occasion. Prices are reasonable... More

My first time there was wonderful and I cannot wait to go back. The service is excellent and the food was amazing. The bread that they give you for the table was delicious and plentiful. The shrimp scampi dish was one of the best that I have ever had.

My family and I visited this amazing restaurant on New Years Day. After we read that it has one of the highest Zagat ratings in New Jersey we knew we had to come try it out.The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. The service was professional and friendly. The homemade Sangria was delicious. The atmosphere was lively and fun.... More
