While I won't go into the details of how Palermos did not honor the conditions of my reservation, The restaurant actually called today to confirm our New Years Eve reservation. I will say that Marco the manager was crude and rude when we came in. . He never, never should speak to a customer the way he did. I quote,"I... More

Went to Palermos last night with friends for a little holiday celebration. Had the meatball parm! Yum!!!! The wine was good too. Service excellent. Value very good. Love this place.

My sister decided on a busy saturday night that we should try Palermos and it was packed and quite good. This area has several large affordable places with huge menus and Palermos can please everyone. Easy to share as well. I'd come back for sure.

Waited 25 minutes for drinks at bar, bartender kept ignoring us then told us he had to get 2 other drinks first! Three bartenders behind the bar and no clue what they were doing...oh, yea, NOT BARTENDING!!! NO TIP FOR YOU!

It looks like a regular place. Sometimes they have karaoke going on in the bar. There are also some more well known places to get pizza in the area. Their tomato pie is second to nobodies. Outstanding, thin crust , lots of tomatoes and toppings to pick from. We have our favorites. Get crazy and get the Greek sampler as... More

Let me start by saying that I like the food here. The menu is large enough that everyone can find something decent to eat. The entree prices are very reasonable. The tomato pie is always good and some of the pasta dishes that we've had are even very good. And the fact that they have a full bar and pour... More

This is the second time I visited. The first time I got a baked zitti and that was a few weeks ago. It was average but the service was extremely slow. Because the food wasn't bad the first time, I gave it a second shot. This week during my second visit, I ordered lasagna. It took about 45 minutes from... More

We've been happy ordering from Palermo's for a long time, up until the past few weeks. Unfortunately there was problems with my food the past 3 times I've ordered. The first two times I complained, Palermo's was gracious and brought back the correct order. The third time I was asked by the manager to find another business to frequent. I... More

I complained that the pizza cheese was globbed to one side and the RUDE owner accused us of tilting the box when it was delivered. I had ordered a soup which was sitting on top of the box at the time of delivery so if the box was tilted, the soup would have fallen on the floor rather than just... More
