When we arrived for dinner, it was around 9:30, the restaurant was not busy. We were seated quickly and the waitress was prompt with drinks and taking our order, then service started to go down hill from there. Once we received our food, we were basically left alone. Our daughter's meal was not good, but we never had anyone come... More

We were here for a graduation party. We were in one of the private rooms. I'll talk about food first: salads were great. Tomato Caprese appetizer was terrific. I didn't have the bruschetta, but it looked delicious. For the main course, there was fettuccine alfredo (it was luke warm--barely); rigatoni with red sauce and meatballs that were microscopic and that... More

This is a chain restaurant and the food is NOT authentic Italian. The restaurant was busy, with a number of parties. We were here for a family function and while the room was nice and the service pleasant, the food was not "Little Italy." The appetizers were decent, fried calamari, fried mozzarella and Caesar's salad, but the entrees were on... More

My 1st time at the Hackensack location. Been to Bridgwater location many times. My friends took me out for my birthday and we all loved it!!!!!! The place was a little busy and it had some large groups. We waiting awhile to get our drink orders in, but the server was very friendly. We started with Calamari Fritte. Which was... More

We went into Maggiano's as a group, and they made it a very memorable experience with the kind of arrangements, private space and the great quality of food and drinks that were served. Prior booking is recommended to get a good, comfortable seating. They have got good Italian food, which probably may not compete with the real Italian food joints... More

Went to the bathroom it is filthy, had no toilet paper and also there is no room in the bathroom u have to go stand in between the toilet and the wall to close the door. There is no fancy paper towels like in the other maggiannos. So far this... More

Not a fan of these family style places, always overpriced for what you get, a plate of pasta primarily. This was no exception, though good service and food was fine.

The restaurant upscale enough for the suburb, without being stuffy. However the atmosphere was very relax, and enjoyable. You're surrounded usually by either friends & family out on a special occasion, or couples on date night. Either or, you do feel comfortable. Food was very good. The special deal dinner for two is constant, not a temporary promotion. For a... More

Unfortunately our first visit to Maggiano's will also be our last. Visited on a Sat. night about 9 pm and had to wait 15 min. Ordered a drink at the bar, which is very nice and the moscato mojito was delicious but it ended there. The "booth" tables for two are so wide that there is about 4 feet of... More
