I am a regular customer at Houston's and have become increasingly dissatisfied with the menu choices. They don't have items and the wait staff use the excuse - "Oh, it wasn't fresh, so we don't have it today." The menu and choices are shrinking, portions are getting smaller and prices remain high. I wanted to bring my daughter a children's... More

Love, love, LOVE the veggie burger @ Houston's. I don't dine at Houston's often, but when I do, that is always what I order because it is so incredibly delicious. I remember first going to Houston's several years back when the Veggie Burger cost $14. The pricing has now climbed up to $17, but I don't care. The veggie burger... More

They charge for bread! I could leave it at that but I would fail to mention the $17 hamburger that is good, not great. Long waits and decent service. Food is always very good, but for what it is they are way too expensive. The bar area can be full of a fairly pretentious crowd too. I won't be headed... More

I took Mom there for her 88th birthday. We ordered a Sheared Tuna Salad and a Cheese Burg. The Tuna was done in perfection and the French Fries were as good as always. The service was excellent and so was the ambiance. I told the server Fausto that we came all the way from Pennsylvania to celebrate Mom's birthday because... More

Had a lunch here for some clients and its one of those quiet dark places that is perfect to get out of the heat. Good variety on the menu and the service was terrific. This is a bit on the expensive side, but not out of line for the ambiance and service level. Would definitely go back.

We dined here late Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. It has subdued lighting, very nice décor and most important nowadays, it was quiet. The waiter was prompt, informative and served us well. We ordered the barbeque ribs and sirloin steak salad. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. It's an upscale place and therefore priced accordingly. The bar area was... More

Recently went to Houston's with friends and kids and had a fantastic upscale meal. Really had no idea the food was so delicious here. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked, the sides were amazing and desserts really yummy too. The ambience was really cool - had the dark wood paneling, large dining, plenty of booths but with an... More

This chain restaurant seems to be consistent. I have dined there on multiple occasions and its good. Too dark inside the restaurant though and the wait time to too long. Good place to go with friends and family because its pretty spacious and the menu has variety of offerings.

Houston's is located in an upscale mall with several high priced restaurants including PF changes and Morton's. While not approaching Morton like numbers, 49 bucks for a New York strip and 18 for a burger, it's not that far off. The restaurant looks very nice and is always busy on the weekends. We had reservations and waited 20 minutes for... More

I like to have lunch here while I'm at the mall. Once seated, you are in and out. Of course if there's a line, don't bother. The salads and tuna sushi are good to fair.
