Great food and Danielle the bartender is exceptional. Visit the restaurant twice a month for quick drink and some excellent bar food

This upscale gastropub has a great draft beer and bottle list and great food to match. Contemporary American cuisine and outstanding craft brews pair perfectly, not to mention a commendable wine list. If in the Peapack/Gladstone area, definitely seek this place out.

We visited Sublime on a Saturday night. We had for our appetizers the Thai Curried Mussels which were very large and tender and the portion was very large. The Thai sauce was excellent and adhered to the mussel when dipped in the sauce. The second appetizer was the Queso Fundido which we did not know was a dip made up... More

We hadn't been to this place in almost a year. What had been the private party room (inside on right) has now been converted to a very casual spot with long tables and a couple of flat screen TV's. There is a bar menu and the walls (floor to ceiling) have displays of beer bottles. The main dining room is... More

One appetizer of mussels and one of queso fundido easily served all 4 of us, and were scrumptious. We all loved our entrees, and one of my juicy scallops and two of my husband's shrimp (plus cheese grits) accompanied us home. Drinks are good, though pricey. Definitely go!!!

My husband had a coupon for this quite hidden spot and we decided to 'celebrate' our first night as empty-nesters here. We made a meal of various appetizers rather than both order appetizers and entrees. We had the well-recommended Thai Mussels, Tuna Sliders, Fish Tacos, Summer (noodle) Wraps and Grilled Bread. The only one of the five that we didn't... More

My sister, my cousin and I treated our mom's to Mother's Day Dinner on a Friday night. The food was excellent as was the service. Quite a variety. The Thai mussels are out of this world (get the bread to dip). The scallops entree was great. A terrific choice of beers also. Our waitress couldn't do enough for us. Chef... More

My husband ordered the short ribs (delicious) but his mashed potatoes were cold and hard. i had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were overcooked, and tough, and obviously had been frozen. The shrimp sat on a bed of cheesy grits, which were very good, but the overpowering taste of lemon over the shrimp did not pair well with cheesy... More

The food is consistently good, and the chef offers many unique combinations of flavors. Sublime had the feel of a NY-style restaurant with its ambience and decor, with presentations that are very impressive. There are often several local/regional beers on tap. Service is mediocre, although the food comes out fast. The night we went, the hostess was also taking drink... More

We went to Sublime the other day for a nice night out. It was our first time there since it had changed from the old Opah Grill, which we REALLY ENJOYED. The restaurant is divided into 3 rooms- The dining area, the bar, and a sort of game room/sports drinking area. We ate in the dining room, but you can... More
