This is always the go to place during the holidays. we come here on our way to the mall. They only take cash no credit cards. Never had a bad meal It really is Jonny B's original owners who came back

Great place for the entire family. The decor brought us back to the 60's. The breakfast specials were unique and delicious. Pumpkin walnut pancakes to die for. Poached eggs were perfect. Server was friendly. Prices are fantastic. Can't wait to go back for lunch.

We stopped to eat after a full day at Six Flags and found that everything was great. Although we were told that the kitchen was closing shortly, they still took our order and our family had hot, tasty dinners served quickly and cheerfully. The only complaint we had is that there was not enough time to see all of the... More

Fantastic atmosphere, love the interior of the diner - it feels like you have been transported to America! The attention to detail is fantastic - the 60s songs, the old film posters and you can even buy memorabilia (e.g, magnets). The food was delicious, I recommend the burgers. You get A LOT for your money and they are very tasty.... More

Went to JBs for breakfast with our 2 kids. When we first walked in, our son took a look at the juke box which is right in front of you as you enter and got yelled at by the owner. There is a sign on the jukebox that says "Please don't touch." The rude welcoming dampened my husband's mood and... More

JB's is a feast for the eye's and your stomach. It does not matter breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's very good NJ Diner fair, in a unique setting. Service is always prompt and courteous for a more then fair price with heaping portions. But beware, they only take green backs nothing else, so do not go in and expect them... More

We eat breakfast here frequently. The 50's & 60's music surrounds the entrance. A cash only place that makes good solid diner food well. Located on route 537 between Freehold and Millstone it is easy to get to. Often times we see the charter bus drivers from the tri-state area having lunch there after they drop off passengers at Great... More

You get to hang with the locals at this diner and it has a 50s flair to it. There is a large selection for breakfast. I got the silver dollar pancakes. The portions are large and the prices are low. I had a mini mountain of pancakes on my plate. I was stuffed when I left this little local spot.... More

We frequently go to JB's (still called Johnny B's by many) for weekend breakfasts. It's one of the few places around where you can order grits as a side dish. Cupertino is a terrific owner: hard working, friendly, and creative. The menu is substantial, with interesting daily specials. The servers are friendly, and always have a pot of coffee in... More
