My boyfriend and I tried San Marzanos for the first time last night on Valentine's Day. We were unsure about the restaurant because we aren't from the area but we had an amazing experience! We had an awesome server named Lucy! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Bread was brought out before our meal and it was... More

San Marzano Trattoria in Freehold is worth seeking out. It is just off Main Street in downtown Freehold, in the little plaza just to the North of the Hall of Records. Years ago it was Goodfellas. Gregg and his staff are absolutely delightful and the dining room is open and comfortable. The center piece of the interior is the brick... More

Highly reccomend this place to anyone who enjoys a comfortable atmosphere, great food, great staff, and affordable prices! Definitely check this place out if you are in the area. The filetto sauce with rigatoni was amazing as well as the the veal parm sandwich nice and tender unlike other places this could be my favorite place in freehold!!!!

This place is the best kept secret down town freehold. The manager Greg helped me plan a very special birthday party for my daughter that was unforgettable. We had 75pl and he didn't even miss a beat. Along with his staff they were able to serve us fine Italian food in a professional and timely manor. My family enjoyed it... More

Oof the few restaurants that will serve dinner menu at lunch with smaller portions and of course smaller prices. If sandwiches are your fare, These are large potions on italan bread. The whole sandwich is enough to share for two people. I loved the meat ball parm and the wife had the veal parm. Both excellant.

My wife and I went here for lunch. We were looking for a bit more than pizza and a decent sit-down experience without breaking the bank. San Marzano's really hit all of our high points. Not that they don't serve pizza, they do - and i looked pretty good, but I had Anthony's Favorite Panini and my wife had a... More

I order delivery from San Marzano on a weekly basis. The delivery is always fast and correct, the food is always hot and always delicious. If I'm in the mood for Italian food San Marzano is my #1 choice by a landslide. I also eat in from time to time. Again, zero complaints. Great atmosphere for whatever you're looking for:... More
