Just your average restaurant, nothing fancy, nothing terrible

Stopped by here a week ago to grab a bite to eat after getting in town late. The place was pretty full for a Friday night. It's a little dark inside, and on the noisier side but that should be expected for a Friday night while sitting near the bar. They had every MLB game on the multiple TVs... read more

disappointing that the meal did not get our approval. Our meal was bland and did not appeal our expectations. We would not go back

In all honesty, this is not a bad place. In fact, it's a great stop for a beer and burger after playing out at Charleston Springs. Nice and cool, a bit dark in the barroom, with any number of TVs. It's just for so many old Freeholders, Moore's is remembered as an old carriage stop from revolutionary times. The building... More

Moore's is a great place to stop for a nice lunch or dinner. The menu is quite varied and the food is very good. Tuesday's is their "hamburger special" - two hamburger plates (complete with fries and pickle) for the price of one. The hamburgers taste fresh and are quite large. The service is always pleasant and the staff eager... More

I have an unfair advantaqge, I am about two blocks away and when I want a quick tasty bite to eat, they are right there. Service is, well, let's say they are young but they get the job done.

Visited around 2011/2012. Got food poisoning from Burger. Loud crowded atmosphere. Won't return. Seems packed so many must like it.

Moore's is a neighborhood restaurant with two bars, entertainment on certain nights and special offers most nights. Tuesday's is buy one burger and get one free. The wait staff and bartenders are friendly and efficient. The food tends to be a bit inconsistent, but regardless it is packed most evenings because the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is casual... More

By far, one of the best burgers can be had here. Cooked to order; medium rare is exactly that. Burgers are handmade, large and served on a lovely substantial bun. Tuesdays lunch is a 2-for-1 special on burgers. Fries are seasoned very nicely. Been back twice and not disappointed.

Starting with the hostess. Very abrupt and not to accommodating. Threatened to take our table away because only 9 of our 15 people were there. Evens though we were there with our elderly mother who was not aloud to sit till the rest of the party who were stuck in traffic. Food was ok , drinks over priced. Not going... More

If you like great burgers Moores is the place to go. The meat is seasoned perfectly, and they're large enough to satisfy even the largest appetite. Another big advantage to this the oldest historic restuarant in the area is they actually cook it to order so rair is rair and medium is medium.
