The service was very good, the waiter was attentive and refilled my wife's iced tea without asking. The blackened swordfish was very tasty as was the gumbo. I have been here many times and always leave full and satisfied. The hall-like structure can become very noisy when full. I go there very early when the place is not crowded yet.

Great for couples, friends, or a middle meeting place. Free chips to start with, huge drinks, and great, inexpensive food. I've been here plenty of times, each just as good as the past. Always packed after 5, I wonder why?

Have been to Jose Tejas many, many times and love it. It is a great place to get a good mexican meal and a great value. The chips and salsa are wonderful. The French Quarter chicken is fantastic as is the blackened salmon. Our problem in the past year is that they keep changing the bar and not for the... More

We have eaten here several times over the last few years. Unfortunately it has gotten to be just another too crowded, too noisy, too dirty chain restaurant. The selections never change and I'm not too sure the dishes and cutlery do either. We have not gone back after the 2nd bout with intestinal distress from one of the salads. Its... More

In my opinion the variety of the menu is too poor.. Taste is bad ie. We ask for 3 types of meet (chicken fingers, fajitas and Chimichurri steak) and all of them had the same taste, marinated Cajun flavor... Is not so spicy but my stomach is already complaining.... I won't go back to this place... I can not recommend... More

I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal here. I've been here with my wife, my Mom and with business colleagues. The service is always excellent and the food has also been great. The chips are usually warm and salsa tasty. You don't have to ask for too many drink refills since the cups are... More

I asked for the corn tortillas and had to call the waitress over because they looked like small flour tortillas. The manager said they were new "better" gluten free corn tortillas. Guess what, they were terrible and gave me a stomach ache. If I wanted a gluten free wheat tortilla, I would have asked for this. Is it really too... More

The main dinning room gets noisy , I usually try to sit by the windows , but it is wide open and when it is packed it is hard to talk . If they divided the room up a bit it would cut down on the noise. Burrito's are very good , Fajita's are also very good , there is... More
