Brought a groupon for this place. Every time I called to make a reservation the female said they are booked (I must have called 5 times). The day our groupon was going to expire, I called and the female said they are completely booked. We were in the area so decided to go see if that was true. As we... More

We decided to visit Casa de la Trova in Fairlawn as it is a new addition to dining in Bergen County. There have been several Cuban restaurant opened in the last few years. This restaurand highlights both the food and music of Cuba. The place is on a busy street and you need to keep your eyes open to find... More

Attentive service and credit for trying, but that's as far as I'll go. We were the only customers on a Thursday evening for about an hour, which should have been our warning. We ordered a classic mixed salad with french dressing. What arrived was chopped iceberg lettuce with the type of orange dressing that comes out of the bottle. French?... More

The title is no exaggeration! Creme de la Crepes had a massive number of crepe options- both sweet and savory! And the four (due to the affordable nature of each one) we sampled were all very fresh and tasty. None of them were overly sweet and all of the fruit involved was extremely fresh. Although we didn't order it personally,... More

It was our first time at this place and it's very roomy and the service is very attentive. Food was made fast and it has quality. However, the french onion came out too fast because the cheese didnt reach that brown-gold melt. The people are very nice and friendly. It's a place to return when you are craving for crepes!!

It's A place where you would go once to satisfy your curiosity Service is good but food is priced as if you are in manhattan But it is in fair lawn on river road It will cost you $40 for two for a very modest lunch There are many restaurants around that are offeringuch better value That is why the... We traveled from West Point, NY to have these crepes, and they are worth it. Both entree and dessert crepes here are wonderful!

Probably the 2nd best place in Fair Lawn for dining to Oceano's. Slightly pricey but very good. Good service Usually get the Crepe Artisenne (Chicken Liver crepe with dried apricots, delicious, try it). Have tried other ones. I get this with the empinard (mind the spelling, spinach with nuts and a vinaigrette..god size for a side dish). French Onion Soup... More

This may be considered slightly over priced by some if you simply look at their menu prices however for the value it is really worth it to pay slightly more. My wife and I went to Creme de la Crepes for dinner and had a fantastic time. It was a delightful introduction to French cuisine and culture without the disorientation... More
