Stopped on the way through after reading the reviews. The location is odd and there are no seats inside. The place is cash only as well. Now the part that counts; the pizza is fantastic! The best you can find and definitely worth a try.

I'm from New Jersey. Grew up there , until I went to Boston for college. We ate pizza almost every week growing up, Jersey, NYC etc. In true Jersey style, we called it "pie" . Now I live outside of San Francisco, and I can tell you there is no pizza on earth, as good as Jersey pizza . This... More

I have been to this place around 10 times now. The first time I went I could not find the entrance and gave up looking. Once you figure out how to get into the pizza ordering area, prepare yourself for the top of the pizza mountain. The crust is unique and super crispy. The sauce has a little spice and... More

It would be my guess that the only people who don't like Al's pizza are the type of people who enjoy Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns..... Let me give you a real review, I travel all over trying to find good pizza and rarely do you find great pizza these days whether you be in South Jersey, North Jersey... More

BE ADVISED - Santillo's is NOT a dine-in restaurant, and is a CASH ONLY establishment. It is literally just a counter in a small store with a HUGE brick oven in the back. If you're looking for someplace to sit down and enjoy your meal, Santillo's is not the place for you. If you're looking for one of the best... More

Mmm... Back at it ! SANTILLO'S!! Staying away too long is just not possible! I came in for a large Sicilian well done, of course.. And to no surprise what so ever, it was PERFECT and I mean PERFECT! Just the right amount of cheese right amount of sauce, cooked to a well done crispiness of deliciousness... Once again a... More

Stopped in early on Friday and felt like I was family. Picked up a Sicilian, and two large with cheese and cheese/half sausage. I actually stopped and had two slices before getting them home. I can't wait to drive up from the shore again and pick up some take out! If you go make sure you get a loaf of... More

We were in town for an event and met up with some friends from our area in the evening. We were recommended this place by a local and we not disappointed. With our large group we were able to grab a couple of pies, which made the sampling even better. I ate several more pieces that I probably should have,... More

We've done our fair share of tri-state area homework, from DiFara's, to Frank Pepe's, and dozens in between. Today's trip to Santillo's was the tastiest yet. Thank you Mr. Al Santillo for an incredible pizza, for sharing your knowledge and leaving us with a memorable pizza experience. Outstanding.
