never a bad meal!

We stop in often to have dinner. We are alway pleased with the service and selection of food. there is always something for everyone and if not, they can make it! We had a family dinner there for my mother in laws birthday. We were given orders to "order whatever we want" so we did. The calamari was average at best. The Chilean sea bass was not very good at all. It tasted gelatinous, which is odd because for the price it's usually very good everywhere. My brother in law asked... More

Near the airport, and often very busy. The menu has much to choose from, I opt for the steak on the hot stone, which is the favorite of most. Their shrimp paella is also very good, salad and bread are served along with very good sangria. Reservations are a must, the place is very busy. Parking is a challenge, several... More

Have been here many times and am never disappointed. The steak on a stone is always big hit and the Paella Valenciana is also outstanding. Sangria is also a must. Parking is sometimes an issue. They offer valet, but I have always been able to find a spot on the street, by driving around a bit.

You have this restaurant repeated as two separate places. This is one restaurant called Valenca. You have one ranked 5th and the other 9th. There is no restaurant In Elizabeth called Valencia. Please correct the mistake.

Whenever I am in the New York/Philadelphia area I travel to Elizabeth NJ and this restaurant at least two times during my stay. I found this gem 10 years ago and have been a faithful customer -- or better yet -- consumer since! The hot stone filet is the way to go. The butter served with it - perfection. Steaks... More

One of their signature dishes is a beautiful cut of meat on a hot stone which allows you to actually cook your steak exactly the way you want a slice at a time. The Spanish Portuguese food menu will cause you to want to try everything they offer. The Sangria is also one of the best I've ever had. They... More

Valenca has three parts to it: Take out, casual dining and fine dining. Though I've not done take out, I've definitely taken home leftovers. Huge portions! I live in Union County, NJ, and there's no reason to ever go to any of the myriad mediocre places when Valencia is so close. 20 minutes from Summit, 7 minutes from Newark Airport.... More

Based on reviews I thought this place would be so much better. Service was great, but food was merely okay. Paella rice was very good, but the seafood in it was overcooked. Stuffed clams were heavy on the stuffing and light on the clams. Food portions were large. As to atmosphere: We didn't mind being packed in - it fits... More
