Was in staying in Edison this past week while on buiness. Decided to walk over to Harold's on Sunday night as there was not much else in the area. AMAZINGLY sized sandwiches and desserts, pricey but if you share, it's not outrageous. Take the menu suggestions about how many ppl each sandwich feeds. Gets extremely crowded on weekends; try to go for lunch. more

Harold's was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The veggie burger was absolutely tasteless. I kept adding ingredients to it (mayo, ketchup, pickles, etc) to elicit any flavor, to no avail. I have a love/hate relationship with Harold's. The food is good, but the portions are obscene. Pancakes the size of manhole covers, matzoh balls the size of volleyballs, and sandwiches that serve two (and leave leftovers for a week).
