We used to be regulars here circa 2005/2006. Back then, the soup dumplings were really good. Then, there was a managment/chef change and things went south. We stopped coming. I was craving soup dumplings today and decided to give Grand Shanghai another shot. Driving by, there were about 12 cars in the parking lot (at least there were people there... more
