I recently visited the Edison Cheesecake Factory with a large party for a friend's birthday. Despite making a reservation, we waited for an hour to be seated and were told that there was another party still seated in our reserved section. The reservation was also difficult to make and took several phone calls to make it. This was very disappointing... more
Great dishes with huge portions, and the dessert is phenomenal. Outdoor seating area is heated on chilly nights. Extremely crowded; go for an early weeknight dinner (5pm) or right when it opens for lunch on the weekend. more
One of my fave chains. Great continental food. Miso salmon is the best. more
Slow service. Overcooked our pasta, chicken, and steak. Felt it should be at least a little better for a supposed high end chain restaurant. more
