Quite disappointed

Started with a 10 minute wait to be seated. While two I guess greeters stood behind a counter. Talking away. Also about 12 waitresses standing around doing nothing. All while a dozen people had to wait to be seated in an empty restaurant. Waitress was nice. Food was blah at best. Definitely won't... read more

Popped in here after a baseball game in Long Branch with several of my fellow coaches and their sons and was really pleasantly surprised with the wait staff, food and beer! It also didn't hurt that every baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, college softball, etc., game could be found on at least one TV if not several for each event because... More

We ordered our wing order 1/2 bbq and got the hot bbq by mistake. Not a big deal and easy to do since it is sooo very loud inside. But, all the wings overall texture is bland, seems like they are boiled then thrown into whatever sauce. They have a nice variety of beers but with so-so food, so-so service... More

On a snowy, cold February night, we just had a craving for good Buffalo Wings while driving by. Due to the franchise name, I'm glad they had good wings. But the service was lousy. No plates, just paper plates. Nice girl server, but should be properly trained by management. Typical restaurant chain stuff.

It's obviously a good place to grab some wings and beers watching all the games (they have an insane amount of TV's) but the "healthy" options are very limiting. I guess if you're going to a place called Wild Wings you shouldn't look for healthy options but I was trying to appease my man!

i just can't do it. i've gone with my family five times and we really like the food. but this particular location is in serious need of new management. each time we walk in there's a crowd of people waiting; but when you look around there are plenty of empty tables - all waiting to be cleaned. and when we... Called several times for takeout, each time the order was wrong or they forgot something. Called and spoke to the manager several times about this issue. The manager was suppose to credit us the food that was paid for but forgotten and on our last oder (wrong food) he was suppose to send us "something in the mail". Well, it... More

I had my first lunch in Buffalo Wild Rings last Monday and that was incredibly disappointing. The place was almost empty so I'm not sure why it took forever to bring appetizers. The garlic and cheese sauce was not good. There was barely any meat on the wings, just fat skin. No meat. I guess the place is for late... More

The restaurant wasn't busy, just a few tables. We waited to get served, waited to get our food, and waited ten minutes to find the waitress just to get the check. I had to request a manger, who never came over, but the check miraculously appeared. The food was good however, we had flatbread pizzas.
