I have had food at this resurant many times. Everything is great. Clean with good atmosphere A little loud when filled. New York quality in New Jersey. In fact you will see a lot of new cars in parking lot.

The food was flawless, really. No complaints at all about the ingredients, seasonings, taste, freshness, or portion size. The server we had made us feel far less than welcome. There may have been some contributing factors- A busy Saturday at 4:30pm? A language barrier? A difference in cultural norms regarding table and service manners & protocol? Will definitely go back... We often stop by Mr. Chus when in the area for take-out that is reliably good. The ingredients are always super fresh, the portions are large and the service is fast. Must be quite popular because the place has always been packed every time we visit.

I have tried various noodle soup dishes here and my favorite is beef noodel soup. I grew up eating this dish in Asia and can tell you that it is as close to as what you can get back there. The portion is large - lots of delicious broth and the beef they give you is generous! I always asked... More

Been going here for last 8 years. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Never had any dish that we did not enjoy. You do not have to pay high prices for real good Chinesse food.

I really liked the chinese pizza and the spicy beef noodle soup. Both were very tasty, and the prices were great! They also have a dinner special with egg roll, soup, and entree for $12 - $15, depending on the entree. Great inexpensive meal in Hanover, and its pretty decent chinese cooking!

I been to all kinds of Chinese, this type of Chinese food is made like a Chinese comfort food is the best way I could describe it. To me it was just very sloppy attempt to cross American with Chinese cooking. I don't know who goes here, but it is not that good. The people I know who have gone... More

We were not expecting gourmet when we went to Mr Chu's for lunch. We just wanted something quick and cheap and my sister N. said that Mr Chu has lunch sets, 3 dishes with rice and soup included. We ordered three meat dishes and I was very pleased with all of them. The Pork Leg was divine. The food was... More

We haven't been here in a while but returned last week. Service was abrupt, the waitress ran away before we could finish our requests. Food was typical NJ Chinese Cantonese fare but I remember it being more delicious.
