It was a busy evening but the waiting was not too long. We were satisfied with the food that we ordered. The biscuits were delicious. Our waiter was extraordinary, friendly, and he knows his job so well. It was worth the money dining in this restaurant.

Lobster and crab was extremely salty; inedible. It was not a busy day and service for 7 people took an hour and a half. Margarita tasted like sour mix. The biscuits were delicious, I'll give them that, but we were there for the seafood. It was not worth the money. We didn't complain because we were celebrating my mother's 77th... More

The food was not very good at all. Red Lobster is really going downhill. I wish I had went to McDonald's instead. The put my shrimp on top of coleslaw. I never heard of that. Hot shrimp and warm coleslaw is not a good combination. My wife said her meal was not very good also.

Food was good and hot. Menu is extensive. Love the crab feast options as specials. Of course the cheddar biscuits are awesome !

I was visiting my cousin and her family in Glassboro, NJ. They took us out to Red Lobster, one of a chain of restaurants that I normally like. The server was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the restaurant staff was not backing her up. One member of our party ordered coffee, it arrived cold. Another ordered broiled... More

With so many choices in the area, as adults we probably wouldn't go here again. If you are a family with small children you might find this place to be more enjoyable as this seemed to be a hotspot for them. The management could serve both groups well, particularly on a slow Sunday as there could have been more placement... More

We had a party of 8 in which 4 were small children and were giving a half hour estimated time for seating. Half hour passed I go to the hostess desk and asked politely where we were as we watched multiple people get seated. One shrugs her shoulders and the other said maybe 20 minutes I said okay so basically... More

Red Lobster in Deptford used to be a great place to eat, with large portions. Things have changed. The plates are huge, which make the portions they give you look even smaller. Shrimp Scampi in a very tiny dish with mini shrimp, butterfly shrimp was good, shrimp alfredo, just ok. Everyone else at our table said the same thing. Didn't... More

We periodically visit the Deptford location. The food is usually pretty good and the service is decent. I always leave, however, feeling slightly dissatisfied. They do not seem to focus on the little things that could separate them between good and very good. Last night we sat for 10 mins before anyone came to take our order. OK they were... More

Atmosphere was nice, skylights around the bar, usual decor for red lobster. The food was above average for the chain. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time even though they were packed. Our waiter, Chris, forgot to put in the appetizer order but offered to make it free. We said it wasn't necessary and later he added... More
