An old college friend brought me here for lunch. We had an enjoyable meal in a comfortable setting. Our waitress was pleasant.

We hadn't made reservations at the Blue Rooster Bakery on Memorial Day weekend, so the one hour wait there wasn't an option. We walked down the street and saw Teddy's Restaurant, with a chalkboard menu listing some interesting brunch items, and tables on the sidewalk with colorful umbrellas. There were plenty of seats available, so we took a booth. (We... More

My son and I are regular lunch customers, and would not go anywhere else. The food is consistently comforting, and our favorite waitress, Donna, is the best. Plus they have the best hamburgers anywhere. You'll love it.

We were staying nearby and stopped in for a big to go order to bring back to the hotel. We were greeted by the owners and the whole staff bent over backward to get our order perfect and as quick as they could, despite the fact that they were packed! The food was all very good and we are going... More

The place is just another NJ dive. I'd rather eat at home. The service is slow and the owners won't let you make simple substitutions on their breakfast menu. I found the food average diner food. The prices are exceptionally low if that's what motivates you

I live fairly local to this restaurant and have breakfast there before. I stopped in with my daughter late Saturday morning and it was fairly busy with customers. A woman at the counter said to seat ourselves and we were followed by a couple behind us. We were sitting at a table in the center and never were acknowledged for... More

Great breakfast spot. All home made items also a ton of business lunch specials!!!! Live music on Fridays. Had the best burger for lunch a couple of weeks ago. It's not the fastest place but that's ok the charm and local morale is well worth the visit. Not to many places like this around, being in business 40 yrs says... More

Teddy's is a throwback to the old time diner. There is a lot of baseball memorabilia on the walls and a true small town/neighborhood feel. We had omelets for breakfast, the Greek and the plain. It was what you'd expect from a diner, nothing fancy, but very reasonable food.We found the wait staff to be very friendly, The coffee was... More
