I have been here several times since it opened and my last 2 visits were just so sad. One time we sat in the party room and we were there over 2 hours! Our server forgot about us and the food took forever to cook. The last time I went the service was great but the food was blah. I... More

Fun place, very good sandwiches. Excellent milk shakes. Saturday eve, 5 pm, packed with loud kids whose parents allow them to use the floor as a target for their food. I feel bad for the staff. Wish they would invest in new tables and chairs, they were a mess. Would go back with noise cancelling headphones.

Man was this place packed for lunch! Waited half and hour to be seated( not terrible for a place featured on t.v., I think). It was a little on the cold side and the music was so loud it was hard to hear my friends. The food was good. I had the gluten free bread and it wasn't terrible! Portions... More

Went with my grandchildren. Should have known when we walked in and saw that it was so dirty looking. Pancakes were burnt, and hidden in the middle of the plate. My grandson loves pancakes ....he had a couple of bites and that was it. They had no taste. The plate was overwhelming looking and no real pat of butter on... More

Went here for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was half full, so no problem in getting seated right away. All downhill from there. We waited quite a long time for our drink orders to be taken, and longer than should be to get them and then place our food order. The food was extremely average. Burger was meh, and... More

Great place for families. Friendly and efficient staff. I was there for a short, impromptu business meeting. A little noisy for that, but that's my fault. Near our new office so will go here often!!

When I moved to area I heard great things, we went and it was awesome... last few trips they have slid down the pole to about average. Food still is wonderful, but the packed seating and waits are just not worth it. I'd love it to go back as it was months ago, we would love to go back. Just... More

It started at the front door. We were not even greeted by the hostesses. It's almost like we were disturbing them. There were a lot of servers standing around doing nothing, not paying attention to customers. You would think with all the time on their hands that they would have rushed over to help us when a drink was spilled.... More

Just celebrated my niece's graduation and the family went to the Pop Shop. A very large assortment of diner food options available. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Known for their many grilled cheese sandwiches options. With free parking available nearby and other shops along Haddon Ave, it is a nice place to go.

I found this place to be really unimpressive. I love grilled cheese and was excited to try it after my mom recommended the restaurant but was really disappointed. The place was extremely busy with mostly kids which is understandable but I couldn't hear my friends who were sitting right next to me. I then ordered a grilled cheese which came... More
