My past experiences have always been good. Tonight - my experience was bad enough that I wanted to rant. My order was wrong not once tonight at dinner...but twice! With no apologies, no discount...no comp...nothing!!! It was not our waitresses fault - both times she hollered at the kitchen staff - I would have liked to seen a little more... More

It's our place to meet with friends after shopping at the mall. Fantastic little bar with discount appetizers that are de-lish! We tried them all. Terrific, friendly bartenders. In the summer, there's a great patio to enjoy the nice evening breezes and cocktails.

Went here for lunch with my Mom on a random weekday. The food was tasty, and the service was prompt and friendly. We each had 2 drinks, which I know makes the cost a bit more ridiculous for a lunchtime meal - but we had 2 drinks, split a small appetizer, and she had a salad and I had a... More

We have now visited Brio dozens of times for dinner, brunch and holiday parties, and have yet to have a bad experience. Brio seems to have nailed the formula to deliver very good, albeit a bit generic, Italian food at affordable prices. The service is always friendly and competent. Very important to us is that, even on the busiest night,... More

We could not have been more dissapointed - not by the ambience which is very pleasant, but by the food itself which is the main reason one goes to a restaurant after all. Its clear they use cheap ingredients and produce meals to corporate formulas. Save your money, go to a fast food restaurant instead as this is not far... More

Great lunch at brio once again in cherry hill- The food is always on point and the service is excellent but today?- It seemed like our server was new but very nice- she didnt bring bread and she served a warm beer bottle with a glass full of ice- now that was a first one for me, plus appetizers, salad... It was really busy by the mall and we had an hour wait, but it was worth it. The service was wonderful and the food delicious. I had the lobster bisque and the steak salad. Both were excellent.

Have gone there many times for businesses lunches. Food is always prepared the same way...tastes good. temperatures are always correct - medium rare comes medium rare. varied choices. Service is sometimes inconsistent, but the food is always excellent. Nice bread, too! What's impressive is that this is a chain! Its the only chain I would eat at. All the other... More

We meet here quarterly for a business meeting. It is one of the few affordable places in the area that has private rooms for dining and business. In these situation attentative service (rather than food) is important. Service with the same waiter the first two times was very good the last time not as good. It is little things like... More

The restaurant lacks any intimacy but the food and choices are pretty good. There's a lite menu which is very good and augments their main menu very well if you're not into a large Italian dinner. It was particularly innovative when the kids (ages 10 and 6) were given some pizza dough to form thier own pizza or whatever and... More
