Best sunset view on Cape May when you sit on the porch. Apps were an artist inspired mosaic salad of tomatoes, mozzarella, watermelon and avocado, served with aged balsamic. It was refreshing, light and delicious. My husband preferred his pork belly appetizer. He also enjoyed his 45 day dry aged coffee brined cowboy ribeye steak with Shakespeare stout jus, dill... More

Came here not knowing what to expect . Had reservations but sat at the bar to look the place over and see if we wanted to stay. Had the BEST cocktail at the bar ( thanks zack!) 2 great drinks in a great atmosphere . "We're stayin !!" So glad we did!! We have been married almost 39 years this... More

If you feel like eating dinner in a refrigerator this is the place for you. We started out on a very unhappy note and things went from bad to worse. I had made a reservation several days in advance because we ate at this restaurant on the Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. When we got to the restaurant I... More

Did not eat at the restaurant but went and had a pear martini which was excellent. The food I saw looked good. I have to say the bartender Zach was excellent with all the customers. He was attentive and had a wonderful personality. I would recommend their martinis and the next time I want to try a meal.

We ate here for the first time and got there before our table was ready, so we each had a martini at the bar, which was really nice. We were shown to a table overlooking the ocean/beach, which was a bonus! We had a fantastic meal. I ordered a wine they were sold out of, which I was disappointed--but the... More

Let me begin with a ringing tribute to the Mosaic Salad: the best, most original, most impressive appetizer I've ever enjoyed in three or four decades of fine dining both in Europe and around the U.S. We're told it takes 20 minutes for the prep crew to prepare each one in the afternoon, and I can understand why. Picture tiny... More

First, the good news: the food was truly spectacular. The beginning complementary amuse bouche was very tasty. The smoked seafood gazpacho was excellent. The scallops dusted with cumin and with a peach salsa and pasta side was excellent. The salmon with Israeli couscous was excellent. Ok, so why not rate this place excellent? Service was inconsistent. The ambiance was not... More

I celebrated my birthday here and the staff really made it memorable, the food was so delicious and the service was wonderful. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. bar & rest room so I know the kitchen is clean as well, that type of attention is important to me. There are a lot of restaurants to... More

I do not understand the excellent reviews of this restaurant. It does have a beautiful view-but that is about all. There is no ambiance-I cannot comment on the decor because there really isn't any-the bar is "bare" - no candles, nothing. The menu is very limited-heavy on seafood. I realize we're at the shore-but not everyone enjoys seafood. The food... More

I would rate this place as "good" if that were an option, but "very good" might be an overstatement. Perhaps I have fine dining fatigue after a week in Cape May, but the menu here seemed overly complicated and I had trouble choosing dishes, as did my husband. I am no stranger to complex cuisine and appreciate creativity, but with... More
