Get crowded out of Lobster House? Walk across the highway.

After having no luck even getting even a parking spot on a Tues. evening at the Lobster House (love LH's outback take-out window!!!) we headed across the street to Lucky Bones. People were outside waiting for tables, but luckily we prefer the bar, which was not full. A great Bartender suggested... read more

Lucky Bones is a beautiful restaurant located just as you enter Cape May from the north. I actually purchased a t-shirt solely based on their burger (dry-aged, $15). All the meals were great there and appetizers are amazing as well (bacon wrapped horseradish stuffed shrimp). Honestly though, it is just about the burger which is one of the top 3... More

Stopped in for a beer and the famous pizza. Delicious pizza, friendly bar tender. Call ahead if you want a table for dinner.

The food here is amazing, this was our first visit and the ribs, salmon and salads are excellent! The desserts are also amazing! We got here about 6pm, and it was fairly busy but we were seated within 15-20 minutes and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back!

We've been in for lunch before this visit which was for dinner. The food in this place is really good, far better than you would expect. They use top quality ingredients and it shows. The bar is pretty good, too.

Please stay away. You will get better frozen seafood from the grocery store. I think this place is still open is because it is across the street from the Lobster house. And if you are going there because it is has Gluten free menu....Go somewhere else. Go to the store and make it yourself...Trust me it will last better......YUCK

Go for the apps, stay for the pizza which is amazing. Thin crust, fresh ingredients, flavorful sauce - basically amazing. The nachos are good and the mussels are great. Apps and a few drinks are enough to get a good tapas meal for the family. However the entrees are forgettable - if you get the right apps then you don't... More

The meals that we had were very good. My wife's was a bit better than mine. She had stuffed monkfish for the first time. I don't know if it is on the menu all the time because it was a special for the evening. Everything else that went by us looked good also. They had a good crowd which is... More

Normally, I have a good meal at Lucky Bones, not so much last night. We both had the grilled chicken BLT, every piece of bacon on my sandwich was raw, my husband's was ok. The thing that concerned me is that any chef with a clear conscience would never have put that on a sandwich, they obviously did not care.... More
