My wife and I go down to Cape May maybe 3 to 4 times a year mostly in the off season. The brick oven pizzas are great as well as the mussels and the salads. Chimay on tap and a under 20$ wine list is something we both love. Service in the off seeason has always been great and to... more

We had a great roasted corn & clam chowder, (very different). We also had some very good thin, thin crust pizza that was made w/unbleached flower, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil & homemade sauce. They could have been a bit more generous w/the cheese & the sauce was a little too sweet, but it's hard to please us w/sauce, we're from... more

I have been to this place more times than I can count. Every time I go I get the margherita pizza and its the best pizza in the world. The brick oven just makes it worthwhile, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Best place to eat in Cape May...next to the Ugly Mug that is =) more

After eating here three times, we now stop in every time on the way in to the island. It is a wonderful way to start our weekend/week. If they have the scallops in beurre blanc, get it! The service is great, the food is excellent, upscale casual vibe. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is the blasting... more

Our group of 7 had a pretty good meal at Lucky Bones on July 4th. Our reservation was handled professionally and we were seated right after we checked in (on time) to a table near the pizza oven. The menu was standard American casual dining fare: pizza, salads, sandwiches, some entrees. My suggestion to others visiting the restaurant is to... more

We were excited to go to LB one night this past week, we had not been there for several months, and it's been one of our favorites here for some time. We were surprised that at 6:30 we were seated right away. We ordered nachos (9+)w/pork & guac (2xtra charge each) I know pricey but it's a family favorite and... more

We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday for the first time after seeing some of the local vineyards in the area. We wanted a quick snack to tide us over until dinner. We ordered the Nachos (be prepared to share, they're HUGE) and split a thin crust pizza. Both were excellent. The Nachos are served with a slasa... more

First, let me start by saying that they carry actual Coke products. If you are a diet coke fanatic like me, or like your Cap'n and Coke like my significant other, you know how important that is. RC cola seems to rule in Cape May. More importantly, the martini list was big enough to please all, and all were delicious.... more

Lucky Bones was just the kind of place we were looking for. Friendly, relaxed with the freshest food. They didn't care if you wanted just pizza and salad or something more substantial. Everyone was warmly greeted. They even serve late night specials. more
