Loved this place, it reminded me of Key West. The meal was delicious and ample portions were offered. We sat outside and dined on the porch. The servers were wonderful as was the entire experience. I will be dining there again.

My husband and I tried the restaurant in June based on reviews we read. Honestly I can say it is not worth a trip back. We were able to get a reservation and were seated in the middle dining room against the wall. There were only 2 other tables in there and the acoustics are horrible. We were sat next... More

The food and service here was amazing. By far, our best meal. My husband and I actually wanted to come back the following night, but they didn't have availability.

Based on TA and Phila Inquire reviews we decided to give it a try. We opted for the Early Bird (before 5:30) 3 course for $35. The calamari salad, salmon, and roasted pork were excellent and the portions were the same as the regular menu. The lemon ricotta doughnuts with coffee ice cream were a great ending. The staff was... We arrived just as they were closing the kitchen, but they still graciously sat us and served us as if we were the first ones there. Our waiter John was great. He was funny, knowledgeable of the food and menu and attentive. The food came out quickly, and was fantastic. Each dish had layers of amazing tastes. The calamari was... More

Whoa! Just returned from our final dinner during this trip in Cape May at the Blue Rose Inn, and what an amazing dinner and experience! The hostess and servers were so friendly, accommodating, and sweet. The dinner was paced well (no rush!) and each course was fantastic! We had the calamari salad and gnocchi apps - both were absolutely delicious.... More

We enjoyed our first time dining at the Blue Rose. Service was friendly and attentive, and the dining room was open and breezy. The food was great, although hit perhaps a bit expensive for the portion size. The care that want in to each course was obvious. I particularly enjoyed the delicious, inventive sorbets. Another hit restaurant in lucky Cape... More

We had dinner last night at the Blue Rose and it was excellent. We were a party of four and each one of us was saying yum to all we ate. Had the Beef myself thought is was the best I have had in any restaurant in Cape may. The service was great and everyone from having Tom sitting seat... More

Went to The Blue Rose on Washington St. in Cape May for brunch and had a very nice brunch. It is open for brunch Saturdays and Sundays till 1;00 which I like. Dave and I both had the 3 sliders, this week the sliders were a crab patty, a steak, and a short rib. You got one of each with... More

Exceptional meal. The soup, the salad and our main courses were all wonderful. Be sure to have the lemon ricotta doughnuts for dessert, which are really more like lemon beignets.
