Totally overpriced and over-hyped. The falafel crustini served are either too salty (i.e., an olive and feta version = 2x the salt of a horse's salt lick) or too watery (i.e., diced tomato). I have eaten hummus the world over; yes, including in the Middle East (where I've lived for several years) and, yes, in up-scale restaurants in the States.... More

I come to George's every time I visit Cape May. Breakfast is delicious, and so is the Greek food they serve for lunch.

Breakfast was good, unusual entrees even for breakfast. The restaurant is small, and there is always a line to get in. Unlimited refills on coffee. Be aware, it is cash only.

Food good Service good. But they need to accept credit cards. What you pay in fees you make up in increased business.

Food is awesome. Price is great. Service and waiters and waitresses are wonderful. Cozy and warm. Try the crostinis at dinner time. Unreal!!

This is the parallel universe from the nearby places serving similar fare. Great food, tiny place, jazzy and eclectic, Kind of place you visit and end up thinking you are in the know with some hip crowd of insiders. Love it!! Oh.... the breakfast was really good. Best French toast..ever.

My wife had the Mediterranean salad. It was large and tasty. I had the gyro pita. I sent it back because it was only half full. The second one was better. However, I have had many gyros for less money with a lot more meat. The taste was ok, I'd say 5 on a scale of 1-10.

This was the 2nd time around for hubby & I to try something new at Georges Place. We had a 15 minute wait on Friday morning, September 26th. The wait was well worth the time. We had a delicious breakfast, great server .....Would we go back again, definitely!

We enjoyed breakfast at George's Place very much even though we did not order anything Greek. The smoked salmon was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, they only served plain bagels. But, hey, George's is a Greek, not Jewish, establishment.
