If you like Mediterranean cuisine, you'll love George's. Terrific food, great service, very nice atmosphere in a small ocean-front cafe. Excellent value for the money - I've gone back again and again. But please make reservations - it's very popular and with good reason!

My husband and I tried this small place featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives today for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was fantastic. My husband got the Aleka's special: 2 eggs, sausage, homefries and 2 slices of French toast covered in powdered sugar and cinnamon. I tried their breakfast quesadilla - really delicious and holy cow... More

We just had breakfast this time but it was as carefully and artistically prepared as every meal. The food is always great and reasonably priced. We would come more often but the booths only accommodate 4 people and we are typically at least 6.

Six of us had breakfast here. Food was large portions and very good. Pancakes and waffles were huge - one is probably more than enough. Ham slice large and good. Omelets delicious.

We were so happy to find George's place for lunch while on a getaway to Cape May. It is right across from the beach, so we had a view of the ocean, nice! It is a small place, with a fun vibe. Not fancy at all, but nice. Our server was attentive and efficient. The menu is refreshing having seen... More

Totally overpriced and over-hyped. The falafel crustini served are either too salty (i.e., an olive and feta version = 2x the salt of a horse's salt lick) or too watery (i.e., diced tomato). I have eaten hummus the world over; yes, including in the Middle East (where I've lived for several years) and, yes, in up-scale restaurants in the States.... More

I come to George's every time I visit Cape May. Breakfast is delicious, and so is the Greek food they serve for lunch.

Breakfast was good, unusual entrees even for breakfast. The restaurant is small, and there is always a line to get in. Unlimited refills on coffee. Be aware, it is cash only.
