Food was wonderful; had great ambience and waitress was wonderful! Eggplant parm. Was fantastic! Small restaurant at end of shopping street. Should have reservation if you don't want to wait!

Cozy Italian restaurant on the Washington St Mall. You can get a bottle of wine or soda, but must bring your own beer. Chicken, broccoli Alfredo was too salty for my tastes. Husband had nice meal of spaghetti and meatballs. Delicious warm bread, butter and hot peppers are brought to your table to start. Waitress was nice.

Hands down the best fra diavlo sauce I've ever had. The others in my party echoed the same sentiment about their dishes which were chicken Parmesan, NY strip steak and shrimp scampi. I plan to return soon and often.

Nothing really wrong with the food, just nothing to write home about. I did not like the pasta with the mushrooms though. Ate outdoors which was nice. The person who took the reservations definitely not overly friendly to say the least. We might go back again.

We usually enjoy this restaurant but this time it was average. My husband had linguini with clam sauce; although there were a ton of clams the flavor was strong on a spice which we think was oregano. My Dad had veal picatta , veal very tender but again too much oregano. I had a delicious crab & asparagus bisque &... More

The menu offers both ‘regular’ and ‘diminutive’ sized dinner choices. One does NOT have to consume huge portions—or feel you have to. One of us had the fettuccine choice; the other chose the ‘diminutive’ (4 oz.) lamb chop—smaller and less expensive than the full meal. With a split of a house salad that left plenty of room for a split... More

We have always enjoyed our past meals here. This time it was a big disappointment. My husband's meal/meat was dried out. My seafood meal was barely warm. The waitress seemed to find every question a bother - so we didn't even send the food back. Just got done and got gone. It was obvious with the amount of food we... More

This was our third time dining at this restaurant. We come to Cape May in early September for a long weekend. Our past dinners at Cucina Rosa, have been good. Last night the clams casino were all stuffing no clam and the chicken parm was like shoe leather. Not good by a long shot

We ate here a few days after Labor Day. Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy summer season. The caprese salad with local tomatoes was excellent as was the crab chowder. The offer smaller "diminutive" entrees which we ordered and were more than we could eat. I had the seafood fra diablo and my wife had the shrimp scampi. Both... More

We enjoyed our meal, the hostess, the waiter and everyone else we were in contact with during our dinner! Place was clean and everyone was friendly!
