This Italian restaurant is dinner only and byob (but they also carry wine). The food and service are great. They also have a "diminutive" menu with smaller portions and price.

We really wanted to like this restaurant, but our experience was just okay. The atmosphere is very nice; however, the 2-person tables are extremely small. It felt like my plate could tip into my lap at anytime. We started out with a seasonal specialty salad with pears and walnuts. It would have been good but there was so much dressing... More

Most recently, we again drove down to Cape May, New Jersey (100 miles in 2 hours) just to have dinner at Cucina Rosa. We have enjoyed this Italian style restaurant for a number of years and we thoroughly enjoyed our most recent dining experience. Its a la carte menu is carefully devised with sufficient appetizer, salad, soup, entrée choices and... More

Anniversary dinner was perfect, starting with great service, great atmosphere, and of course excellent food. Wonderful menu with choices for everyone. We had crawfish fra diavolo, mussels in red sauce, shrimp oreganato, and a tortufo for dessert. Another fine dinner here - never disappointed!!

Excellent, barring a slight deviation for customer preference. Would of been a 6! Atmosphere very nice. First time visitor to area.

The atmosphere is traditional with Tony Bennett era music playing while you dine. It was comfortable but with jeans and a sweater I felt slightly underdressed. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. We went intending to order Italian, but I chose the lump crab cake and my fiance chose the salad of the day. Both were... More

The mini menu is awesome. You can have pasta while still watching your weight. The spices and aromas are to die for.

This is an Italian restaurant, situated on the Washington mall (walking promenade with shops and restaurants). Wonderful menu- the selections were delicious (and very reasonable). Our best meal of the week!!

Always a favorite when we're in Cape May. This time Cucina Rosa had something new -- "diminutive" servings -- larger than an appetizer but smaller than a standard entree portion -- what a super idea. With a salad (and a shared dessert) it was perfect. Very good service and lovely presentation. Their trio of mushrooms with bow tie pasta is... More

We always eat at least one dinner here when we go to Cape May and have never been disappointed. Food is always good, service is wonderful, and it's a cozy place for couples. Even though we experienced a black out at the end of our meal (apparently a transformer blew in Cape May), the staff took it in stride. Highly... More
