Waitress asked if I wanted my bottle of Heineken ,it was slushy so I naturally said no.We shared the Tempura Shrimp which were apparently frozen and the Artisanal cheese platter which was no more than anything you could buy in a package at the grocery store.Nothing more than cheddar and I dont know what else.I am a local and now... Although we enjoyed our meal here, we did not feel it was extraordinary. Fried oysters were very good, and the tacos and crabcakes were good, but nothing more. Were it not for the restaurant.com certificate that I had, I would say that we paid too much.

We made a reservation for the early bird on the weekend and it was outstanding! What a value! Everything was prepared with top chef quality. We practically received 2 meals for the price of one. We chose an appetizer to share, a salad for each of us, our main course (quality steaks) and a dessert to share, plus beverages .... More

After growing up strictly an LBI girl I ventured to Cape May. I could not believe what I was missing . This restaurant was where I first ate in Cape May. I sat here eating a delicious meal gazing at the ocean and realized that moment that I wanted to get married in Cape May! This old girl made me... More

NOT your typical, bland, overpriced wedding entrees. Food was delicious. Presentation of each plate was nice. Service was fast & friendly. Nice small bar with seating outside on the porch. I would definitely return for a dinner or lunch.

This is a fun place to be. Inside the Inn at Cape May, it has a Victorian feel like the Inn itself. You'll see all ages here, and it has a semi-private room for parties. There was one in progress when we were there and it just added to the atmosphere. There's also a somewhat formal feel with tablecloths and... More

We only had a chance to eat breakfast here, but the staff was skilled, and fast. The eggs perfectly done, toast warm and coffee kept coming.

If you stay at the Inn of Cape May you receive a voucher for breakfast and it's well worth it. We ordered the crab omelet with asparagus tips & havarti dill and the wild berry pancakes and split them. Coffee was decent and was kept topped off by our friendly server. It was a very enjoyable breakfast and a lovely... More

Our breakfast was good (the Jazz Omellette with Smoked Mozzarella was yummy, but the pancakes were a bit heavy). On the level of a typical NJ diner, not too special, and the service was somewhat disorganized and slow.

Sunday morning Breakfast was not as expected. The food was average, the waitress messed up our order and the ambiance was lacking. Looks beautiful from the outside, but inside it was just noisy and because the windows were closed, it felt crowded and overly warm. Wouldn't go back.
