Went for lunch on a gorgeous September Sunday, had to park blocks away but it was a nice day & it was a beachfront stroll. We sat in the back overlooking the walled garden. You can start your day off by sitting outside and enjoying really good pancakes. It was not over the top or the best brunch I have ever had, but it was good and nice beachy atmosphere and I would recommend it for sure. more

We've been going to Cape May for more than 30 years, and tried a number of restaurants, but day-in and day-out the Mad Batter is one of the best.....if not the best.....we've found.
