A MUST

Don't go to Cape May without at least 1 stop here. Expensive, not all that good but you have to eat here. They did not have things on menu. That is ok. Save cost of reprinting. Cost savings good. The oysters were great, not local. I thought the price was for 1 doz. I got 6. But they were GOOD!... read more

I've been going here for years, always such a popular place. My fiancé and I decided to go on Valentines Day. Who would of known the lobby would have been so packed! I knew it was a holiday, but it looked like a summer saturday night there! We didn't wait that long either. Very happy with the food like always,... More

A strong 4...but not a 5. Yes, food is always good here, always packed, always a wait...but sometimes service could be a tad slow due to the volume of people they are caring for. Drinks, food, service, raw bar, takeout, bakery all incredible! Expect to wait over an hour and a tad pricey but it is worth the time and... More

We used to eat here over 20 years ago and on a recent trip to Cape May decided to renew our palates by going again. What great memories since everything is the same including the outstanding food. The only thing that has changed though is the HUGE increase in price. I realize that over the years prices have gone up... More

A great place to go with friends with options from semi-formal dining in the dining room to casual drinks at the raw bar, the deck or even the Schooner American. Lets not forget the "diner" out front for breakfast and lunch too! Many options in one location.

Sit by windows overlooking the harbor if possible. Lunch is best value with all the same food as dinner. Make sure and get bread even if you have to pay xtra.
