Tisha's was recommended by the B&B where we were staying, and it did not disappoint. They were able to get us in with very last minute reservations, and with an outside table with an ocean view to boot. They were extremely friendly there and the service was fantastic. We didn't have reservations on a Saturday night but they were able to accommodate us on the deck outside, a bit cold but slightly romantic, so we took it.
