What a fantastic little find! This is a small restaurant, so the crowds get a little large at peak times, but they work you in very quickly. We only had to wait about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday night. It is well worth the wait!! BYOB. We had the shrimp Creole, the seafood fra Diablo, and a blackened tuna... More

We are on vacation for a week and had dinner at Hoopers. The food was very well prepared. It is BYOB so it helped keep the cost of meal down. The staff was very attentive. Would recommend this establishment to anyone vacationing in Brigantine.

Ate here last week when at the shore for the week. Seafood is very good. I had stuffed flounder, my wife stuffed shrimp. Fresh & nicely prepared. Only downside, place is small & cramped which translates into very noisy. Had trouble carrying on a conversation. Remember it's BYOB so bring your own favorite refreshment if you want to drink

I read reviews of this restaurant and we tried it for the first time while down the shore. As a former local to the south jersey shore I can tell you this is one of the best places I have found. Small and cozy with a welcoming staff...we had a delicious meal with generous portions. Love the town of Brigantine... More

Hoopers is one of my favorite restaurants in America. Its not flashy, its not fancy, its just a great home town restaurant with friendly staff and delicious fresh food. My friends and I go back to this restaurant every time we visit Brigantine. We've never been disappointed with a meal here, quite the opposite, I've always loved the food. This... More

Finally had an opportunity to get food at Hooper's and it was worth it! The grilled tuna sandwich was delicious! All the prepared uncooked seafood in the case looked great; crab cakes, crab or spinach stuffed mushrooms, clams casino, fresh fish. A little pricey but you do get fries and slaw with your meal. Definitely will go back again (hopefully... More

I've been going to Hoopers for 15 years and it's consistently great. Generous portions of fresh seafood and an incredibly friendly staff. Good specials in a no-frills, family-friendly environment. This is *exactly* the kind of seafood joint you want at the shore.

My friends and I just had the tastiest 4th of July dinner at Hoopers Seafood Cafe. A great location and wonderful service. We recommend the steamed lobster!

This small cafe is attached to its fish market Hoopers cafe has the most fresh & delicious seafood & sides. Lobster bisque was so tasty, salads were so fresh & this came with seafood dinners, along with choice of 2 sides. First night Had stuffed shrimp imperial, with sweet potato & corn. Next evening had horseradish crusted salmon. My companion... More

This was our first trip to Brigantine, and after reading other reviews, and talking to local residents, we couldn't wait to eat here. The restaurant is not large, but even on a Friday night, we did not have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff was prompt, attentive, explained in detail the items on the menu. The portions...
