HUGE menu with the largest omelet selection I've ever seen. Very large portions and no sharing, so be prepared to stay a while or take home a very large doggy bag. Food is always very fresh and tasty...not a place for dieters.

I always try to get here when I am home for a visit. I've tried so many of the omelets and they are all so delicious! Way too much food though - I find myself wishing for the option of smaller portions.

On a cruise from Boston to Fort Lauderdale, we had to take port in Brielle, NJ. A local told us that Mariners Cove was world famous and had thousands of selections. I think the number was understated. If you have a party with similar tastes, I'd recommend sharing. I had the Texas Hat omelette, which was a huge concoction of... More

Mariners Cove has one of the biggest menus (literally and figuratively) I have ever seen in a diner. Their omelets come in over 200 varieties. The ingredients are fresh you get so much for what you pay for it almost guarantees two meals out of a single serving. They have all types of unique combinations of things on the menu... More

We are locals and have been here many times throughout the years since 2001. However, I have stopped coming here for many reasons, while my hub just recently gave up coming. The girls are great at serving and being efficient. That said everything else is poor. The food, like the other reviewer mentioned can feed a family of four. The... More

We were so excited to try this restaurant that specializes in breakfast, but knew we were in for something different when we saw the restaurant's menu. It was huge and it was dirty and old. Inside was a bit dingy. There was a basket of half and half. Processed maple syrup and coffee. We ordered the kids Mickey pancakes -... More

Our group of 7 hungry adults and children looking for brunch was pulled in by the sign advertising 200+ omelets. The building is older and a bit ru ndown and it is dark inside - just like a NJ shore joint should be! The menu must have had 1000 different items to choose from. We ordered omelets, potato pancakes, regular... More

This is my favorite breakfast place! They have such great food, their menu includes over 200 different omelette combinations. And you get a lot of food for the price. I usually have to take home a doggy bag because it's too much to finish in one sitting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is cozy though they... More

I have yet to find an omelet menu as extensive as that of Mariner's Cove. Portions are large and food is usually good. This is a great place for a Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast after a late night out in southern Monmouth. Just what the doctor ordered. Only negative is that there is usually a wait to get in...
