I was torn on how to rate this. Pizza is among the best on the Jersey Shore but the waitresses were slow and acted like they were doing you a favor. My wife noticed ours blowing her nose and then refilling her soda without washing her hands. Needless to say she didn't drink it..

Old school charm and old fashioned service. Friendly staff, very comfortable atmosphere, one of the few old style places left at the shore. Great pizza! All the dishes are great as well. Always make Vic's one of our stops when in the area.

This is a very popular old school Italian pizzaria and restaurant. In season on the weekend expect to wait for a table if you go during peak dinner hour. The food is good and reasonably priced, and you may well leave with leftovers. Just don't expect any culinary surprises. The tossed salad is blah, and the pizza is good but... More

First impression, it reminds you of your buddy's basement growing up. Wood paneling & light fixtures from the 60's. Teenage hostess seats you, within minutes the waitress arrives. They are known for the pizza, so pizza it is. One large plain & one large sausage. They come perfect , not too thin, not too thick, not too much sauce or... More

Vic's reminds me of some of the neighborhood Italian restaurants our family used to frequent growing up in Delaware county in the 60's (Marra's, Lil' Pete Piraino's): checkered, plastic table cloths, good service, pats of butter (not olive oil). I am a big fan of the flavorful tomato sauce used in Vic's pasta dishes. The pizza is quite good too.... More

Each time we go there we just come out from eating one of the very best meals at the Jersey Shore! We will go back again and again. Only thing we do not like is the lasagna has meat in it

This was our first time vacationing in the Avon/Bradley Beach area. We went to Vic's on the recommendation of several and other reviews on Trip Advisor. We were able to sit outside on the patio - it was a lovely summer night. We started with a Chopped Antipasto Salad at the recommendation of our server - it was SOOOO good!... More

We order a large sausage and pepper pizza and a pitcher of beer for my husband and myself. The crust on that pizza is PERFECT, not soggy. My husband has gone to Vics since 1950. There's a reason for that.....It's good every time. The service is great. And there is plenty of parking, they just added some across the street,... More

Everyone should visit Vic's. This is the old-style family Italian Restaurant. I am a Tomato Pie Lover, Vic' s "pizza" is truly not worthy of mention. I have tried it several times and it is a 5 out of 10. Vic's has the one thing I love AND cannot find anywhere else in NJ or NY for that matter. Vic's... More

While Vic's get a little busy in the evening hours, smaller parties (4 or less) can get a table without much delay. The menu is as it was about 50(?) years ago (except for the prices!). Our favorite is their pizza prepared just like in the best pizzerias in Little Italy in Manhattan. Couple this with the mussels in wine... More
