As someone who was born and raised in New Jersey, it pains me to have to admit how "Jersey shore" this place this. We wanted to stop for lunch after being on the beach all day and there weren't many options right off the beach. The whole atmosphere is pretty trashy. We ate outside and could still hear the "thumping"... More

Came here on a Saturday night. The crowd is 70% douchey guys 30% snobby mosly ugly girls. They pack everyone in like sardines. You cant even move. Drinks are $8 to $10 for small plastic cup!! People definitely dont dress to impress. Most guys were wearing baseball hats and tshirts with dumb sayings on them. Girls were wearing shorts. I... More

Three of us went to D'Jais for lunch on a Sunday. Needless to say it was packed. They ended up putting us out on the back patio which was no big deal accept the hostess evidently forgot to tell any of the wait staff that we were out there. We waited at least 20 minutes to be waited on and... More

After a day on the beach, we stopped for a quick bite to eat. Well inside no good, very loud. So we went on the terrace, much better. Service was ok. Food just ok.D'Jais offers outside seating across the street from the beach which is the best part of this place. Not impress. Will probably have to try it one... More

I've been going to DJais for 2 years now when my boyfriend and I plan on getting jersey shore crazy drunk. I love the fist pumping jersey shore music. This plac can go from empty to packed in about 30 seconds. It's the kind of place you end up going at 1pm and losing track of time only to realize... More

We drove all the way from NYC and bouncers were EXTREMELY rude! We thought that no big deal we will go inside... The girls at the door taking the money were absolutely cold, unfriendly, and snobby! The bartenders looked so overwhelmed that people where leaving the bar annoyed... My group of 4 girls will NEVER be waste our time in... More

My boyfriend and I had stayed in Belmar the night before, a couple blocks down. We came here to get drinks at the bar after a day at the beach before returning home. Someone has given us free drink cars to redeem at the bar. We ended up having a few drinks, going back to the beach, then coming back... More

This is the definition of a shitshow...take that as a positive or negative. As an EDM fan, the music is a rolodex of top 100 DJs spun by self-taught "talent" which is dismissible. But I love to dance, and I'm down to rock out to my favorite songs with strobe lights, sunglasses, glow sticks, and fog horns. I'd take a... More

D'Jais offers outside seating across the street from the beach in Lake Como, NJ. The beer selection is fairly standard, lightweight, summer fare. The food was reasonably priced and came in generous portions. The shrimp and corn bisque was flavorful, creamy but not overly rich. The fried clam sandwich was good and the turkey wrap enough for two people.
