Freds is fabulous! The very best breakfast on LBI. Eggs are always perfect, pancakes fluffy, coffee fresh and keeps on coming! Hamburgers from Okie's butcher shop , fries with brown gravy (yum!) meatloaf...mmmm. I have never had a bad meal there. Service is wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommend. I've been going to Freds (and before it Nollers) for years and it consistently has delicious coffee, omelets and pancakes. The sweet potato pancakes are a particular favorite - sweet enough to eat without syrup! more
