Best Egg Salad

Been going here since I was a young child with my family. Rustic, cute, nice staff. Best egg salad around. Nice place to stop for ice cream, not as crowded as Baileys and better parking

We enjoyed a large family reunion dinner at Morrisey's and the restaurant and staff were certainly up to it! Our servers were friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! I had a lobster bake that just melted in my mouth! The decor harkens back to days gone by, but we truly had a wonderful time and a wonderful... More

Good food and family-style atmosphere. Great ice cream treats. Senior specials. Is on my list for breakfast every morning.

Excellent breakfast. We were never in the restaurant before and decided to try it. Coffee was good, food delicious, service good. I enjoyed my stuffed pancakes with bacon and sausage and my husband had the seafood omelette. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast

They have good ice cream and their homemade bread pudding with butterscotch sauce is very good. That's it. Quit while you are ahead. Have repeatedly tried to find a good dinner entre because it is a brief stroll from where we stay. Gave up. Entrees have been tasteless or peculiar tasting. Not fresh.

Sometimes when you ask in town where you should eat – you get a great place and sometimes you get an okay place. The Morrissey’s Front Porch was just okay. Courtney, our server, was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. We should have gone right to dessert and our rating of this restaurant would have been higher. Unfortunately, the fried foods... Good ice cream. Large pancakes at breakfast. I got an order and had to take some home. If you aren't going home they could be wasted. Or plan to share an order. Kitchy and away from the center of town but not far. Not really walking distance from town though.

Simple menu, regular food. No surprises. Good prices and large portions. Can be hot in summer, with little ventilation.

I was passing through for the day and I was not familiar with the area. It was a very busy sunny Saturday in the summer. The in town traffic was bumper to bumper and parking was at a premium in town. I came upon Morrisey's just as the lunch rush was winding down. I sat at the counter. The servuce... More
