The Sole with butter and white wine sauce was spectacular. The tacos carbonara were average as the tortillas were hard. The queso was fantastic.

As a Texan, I'm very particular about Mexican food, and I did not expect to find authentic delicious Mexican cuisine in New Hampshire. I was pleasantly surprised. The enchiladas were perfect, with homemade tomatillo sauce. Wonderful! The owner is from Mexico and is very warm and friendly. Hope I have a chance to go back.

Kind of a little hole in the wall, just off Main in Wolfeboro. Stopped in for my birthday lunch, actually, based on a tip from my old friend Yelp. Ordered the chicken mole enchiladas and spent the rest of lunch swooning, then licked my place. The service was great, attentive, fast. Was a bit warm in there but I'd sweat... More

The server was a friendly, cute young man who took time to talk to us, answer our questions about the area. The chips and salsa were good, and we both ordered enchiladas that were awesome. There was a different, more upscale decor than most Mexican restaurants, and it was a pleasant change. Good experience in every way.

Many choices for $10, very large portions and excellent service. Small seating area but is good enough for our party

I've been here three times, and every time I'm in the area I make it a point to stop in. I've eaten a lot of Mexican food, both corporate and non. I think this is some of the best Mexican food. The bartender/server has always been nice and attentive, the food is fantastic and truly authentic. I've eaten the paella,... More

Chips tasted baked and I wasn't sure if they were corn. Salsa is not fresh, tasted more like a marinara sauce. Entrees were bland and lacked any seasoning. I want to add that I first tried to eat here in December with a group of six at about 5:30 and it was almost empty but I was turned away and... More

Wolfeboro has been long known as a culinary wasteland, despite several people trying to change it. But this little restaurant changes that dynamic. While not a 5 star in NYC, in Wolfeboro it certainly deserves that distinction. Mexican through and through, it is only 20-25 seats, so probably bet to reserve. It was full last night, with a couple of... More

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the lakes region, I lived in South Texas for 15 years and this is as good as it gets in NE.

A local restaurnat - small, but with good food and loads of local people - a fun place to go. A must to try are their Margherita! Also the prices are quite reasonable.
