Great menu and friendly service!

We ate dinner here on our final night of a 3 day stay at the Mountain View Grand. We came around 7:45pm right after the huge nightly dinner rush leaves for the summer stock theater next door. Thanks was a great relaxing meal for outright out. The chicken so Gouda did not disappoint. The deserts were also great. I recommend the bread pudding or the strawberry shortcake.

Having spent much time in NYC going to restaurants and of course the theatre, I can't help but feel there is a taste of the city elegance just miles from my home. The Inn at Whitefield has a charming formal dining room, complete with fireplace and beautiful decor. The service was great and the entree was fabulous. The owner came... More

Good value. Good food. Everything was fresh. I had a dinner salad. It was very good. Personally, I would've appreciated if the salad was tossed with the dressing... but, in this day and age... its understandable to have it served on the side. My wife had a pasta dish... ravioli. It was very good... frozen... still very good. We were... More

Amazing salted caramel bread pudding! Chicken so gouda was great too. Perfect meal before seeing a show at the Weathervane theater next door.

Visited the Inn before seeing a show at the Weathervane Theatre. The service and food were great! When we made reservations they even offered to go to theatre to pick up our tickets for us.

The Inn is really two places in one - a lovely dining room for full dinner service and a lively casual pub. There are many excellent reasons it was recently voted New Hampshire's #1 New American Restaurant. First of all, the food is fantastic! There are separate menus for dinner and pub grub. But you can order from either menu... More

While staying up here we dropped into the Inn for dinner. The service was very friendly, and professional, and the burgers were great. Must be local, because the meat was so tasteful, and fresh. Completely enjoyed our experience, and will probably stop in again before we head for home.

We were looking for a casual, easy place to stop in, find a quiet table and enjoy a quick meal. We found that - and a bit more at the Inn at Whitefield! The bartender doubled as our server and he was the right mix of helpful, engaging and courteous. The food was tasty and served up quick. The pulled... More

Frequented by many locals of all age groups it begins with an hands on woman owner who alone is worth a visit. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere are all very good. It is adjacent to a Summer Stock Theater that is open from sometime in June thru Labor Day weekend and is second to none.
