While the location and view are fabulous, the food here has been mediocre and extravagantly over-priced for the last several years. I took my daughter here for dinner in July - her insistence as I have always disliked the place. She had a chicken ceasar salad and I had a chicken sandwich. That plus two sodas was $30. We could... Expected to reopen under new management for ski season 2012. For the remainder of the Fall, give the Wild Coyote Grill a try for finer dining. For casual fare try the Old Waterville Pizza Company or Legends Sports Bar on the lower level of Town Square.

Nice menu variety. Several daily specials that were reasonably priced (approximately $12). Entrees were up to around $28, wine $7 or more, french onion soup was $7 (& mediocre). I had shrimp with pasta and they accommodated putting on a marina sauce instead of cream sauce and it was good. My husband's scallops were good, too. The window seats overlook... More

The food, the staff and the location is the best in the Valley. We always eat here if we aren't cooking in the room at Black Bear Lodge. Get a table looking over Corcoran's Pond at sunset (ask for table #10) and you won't be disappointed. My family had dinner there one night and we watched the moon rise over... More

We ate here for our second night at Waterville Valley. The food was okay but nothing to write home about. I ordered the steak tips, my husband got the pork - it automatically came with mashed potatoes (and bland ones at that) - no choice of a type of potato or rice. It makes me think that they whip a... We go to Diamond's Edge once a year. Overall we were pleased with our meal, but the prices are higher than they should be for the quality of the food. My son ordered a burger for $9, but the fries were $3 extra. A fish dish was $25 and just average. While it is quieter than the Coyote Grill, it... More

Every one in a while Diamonds starts to bet better food but the summer of 2012 we can say the food quality has moved to pathetic. I recently had a pasta and chicken dish that stunk. You can tell the "grilled chicken" was recently defrosted highly processed food service chicken. The sauce was a milky bland goo. It's really too... More

The food was okay. Seriously nothing spectacular but when you consider that it is in the middle of nowhere and that is is reasonably priced, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is upstairs, right outside of the square. We sat and ate dinner by the open window as we listened to live music. It was a good experience. But... More

12 of us went for dinner Thursday night, 3 were all set to order their beef pot pie, which they were out of, the restaurant opened 1/2 hour before our arrival, Our waiter was very pleasant and accommodating giving us all separate checks, I ordered the fish tacos off the special menu for $10 they were great, when the check...
