Without hesitation, I will say this restaurant is consistently good each and every time. New menu, wonderfully designed, cooked perfectly, presentation is artful, flavors and textures creatively curated. Service is friendly, competent, professional. All around fabulous.

This is worth going to. Though, our first night we went there about 8:30pm and they were closed (posted hours till 9:00). Rather bummed about that. Next night the service was very accommodating in creating a special plate for Barb, And I totally enjoyed by soup & appetizer. Good wines too. Strange - there is wifi, but "we don't give... More

The spring roll appetizers are great. The veggies inside were still crispy. We had short ribs and the sweet pea ravioli and were very happy with both. Our waitress April was also friendly and efficient.

My wife and I love the Coyote. It's our go-to place, especially in the winter, with Sean's outstanding seasonal menu. The buffalo meatloaf is outstanding, some of the best calamari we've had (and coming from years of dining in Boston, that says a lot) and the specials are always appetizing. Whole-heartedly love this place and it would stack up well... More

We have been going to the Coyote Grille for years and have never been disappointed. Chef Sean Stout is amazing and it is always an adventure with his creations!!! The calamari, spring rolls, kale salad, sword fish etc. are always perfect and the ever-changing menu keeps it exciting. For my 60th birthday my family surprised me by meeting in Waterville... More

We really enjoy the Coyote Grill. They have a wonderful menu selection. There is a main dining are & menu as well as a pub menu. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We have been return customers for years.

Recommended by friends who frequent the area. It's located in the health club which is convenient, if not a bit strange. Straightforward pub menu. Friendly New England staff very kid-friendly. Can be drafty in the restaurant so dress warm!

I took my daughter here one night while we were skiing at Waterville. The food was good and the experience was fine. The menu seemed limited though.

Fist time here, staff were friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar the bartender was sweet and easy on the eyes. Ordered Baxter IPA, fish tacos and bruschetta sandwich, impressed and pleased with selections. Cool environment, host live music, we'd come here again.

Over-priced. Noisy, largely due to many unrestrained kids, the hostess was incompetent. Sits above a recreation center, the ambiance was awful, the place reeked of chlorine!
