Salmon and wild elk, oh my!

We arrived around 5pm on a Friday evening without reservations and got in right away. By the time we left, there was a line 5 parties deep, so I recommend an early arrival if you have the option. Although we drove the short distance from a hotel in the Waterville Valley hamlet, we could have just... read more

It is listed as the number 1 restaurant in Waterville Valley. It is relative, since there are only a few restaurants there. It would not even be close to number 1 anywhere else. My wife and I went Thursday night. The service was not good and the wait time for the food was longggggggg. And, the place was quite empty.... More

Wild Coyote Grill is better than most of the other places at Waterville Valley. I recommend giving it a shot.

Food was good. Service was a little slow, in the Coyote Grills defense it was busy. Would recommend. Would return.

In the area for a snowsports instructor examination.....slow season, thanks to Mother Nature, so I suspect payroll is down a little..... Walk in to top of stairs to Hostess station....that is active in that light is on and it looks 'set up.' Gal is nearby, but does not acknowledge.....and I wait. Two women come up behind me and also begin... More

Great restaurant with great food. We had their chowder and Caesar salad, both were excellent. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and speedy!

A bit on the pricey side but the food was delicious. Great menu options for GF and vegan dining. The service staff was friendly. Nice portions.

Menu is limited. Kids and teens might have a hard time finding something. We had buffalo chicken mac and cheese and Ceaser salad. Had to send first order back because Mac and cheese was cold, yet chicken was hot. Ceaser was mediocre at best. Prices are high, too. Service made up for it, but did feel a bit rushed.

I have eaten here multiple times and this time tried the fish tacos from the bar menu. I was pleasantly surprised when 3 large tacos filled with salmon, cabbage and all sort of other veggies arrived. They were terrific! The atmosphere is casual with a large "locals" crowd on a Thursday night. Give it a try!
