I had dinner here with my family it is a beautiful classic setting with really relaxed ambience. All of our meals were fantastic we kept sharing and tasting each others none was anything but exceptional. I think the best part about this place is the attached chocolate shop so after dinner you can go and get some handmade chocolates or... More

We go here often and always take any visiting guests to Burdick's for lunch, brunch (Sundays) or dinner. It's charming, the food is great, the service is excellent, they have a nice selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, the bread is delicious and freshly made, and they have their own scrumptious and enchanting chocolates (little chocolate penguins with white chocolate... Incredible food, yummy cocktails, wonderful and attentive service. Overall a delightful experience. My partner and I shared the watercress and goat cheese salad as an appetizer. It was scrumptious and delicious and plenty. He had the rabbit and I had the duck. Both were amazing.

My wife is a choco-holic and was given some hot chocolate mix from Burdicks that she finally got around to when she ran out of her Godiva. She finally found something as good as Demel in Vienna! A road trip ensued to a beautiful New England town with perhaps the world's best chocolate. We bought cakes to go, lots of... More

Stopped here as it is half chocolate shop & restaurant. Restaurant food was prepared quite fancy for New Hampshire standards and was very good. Ordered a cup of Dark Hot Chocolate and it took me the whole meal to get it down. I was sad when it was gone!! Saying its rich is an understatement! The chocolate was so good... More

I brought my new girlfriend here for her birthday as we wanted to try another restaurant outside of Keene. I reluctantly put this review as average for the following reasons. The setting was great, nice wine selection, but for a pescatarian like myself, there were very limited seafood and veggie choices. Our meal was creative and very good, but I... More

This is the closest to Heaven you'll get! There is absolutely by far the finest chocolate preparation, presentation, and YUM factor on the East Coast. Wonderful folks, lovely arrangements for gifts of the Season, and DO buy a few gift cards for your friends. It is the Epitome of Exquisite Taste.

Excellent spot with a french influence in a little town in Walpole New Hampshire. Reservations are suggested, especially on weekends. Weather permitting there is some outside seating for two at a table. The onion soup is superb, the mussels are also excellent. Staff are attentive but service can get bogged down when it is busy. Weekdays are less hectic. Wine... More
