We stopped in at Onions to grab quick bite. The service in the pub was very friendly and our burgers were tasty and priced right. The restaurant offers the same menu as the pub so if you want a more formal atmosphere, you can take your pick. We'll be back.

Recently we stayed in Tilton, NH for 4 nights on a ski trip. We didn't want to travel far after a long day and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a great place to eat. We enjoyed it so much we ended eating at Onions 3 out of the 4 nights and invited relatives from Concord to join us... More

Onions is located on the first floor of an 1875 Inn and fits perfectly in this quaint New England setting. Although we're local to the area, we had never checked it out. My husband and I decided to give it a try for a Valentine's Day dinner and we were not disappointed! We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess and... More

Saw the reviews and stopped-in for some local flavor but was disappointed. My wife had the fish and chips special in the pub which she said was fine. I had the eggplant parm on linguini. The food was all quality, the eggplant was thin and tender but the linguini was overcooked. It melted in your mouth instead of having an... More

Went for lunch after some shopping, since we didn't want to go to a chain restaurant. The pub is light with beautiful paned windows looking onto their porch and the main street. It was a very cold day, but the pub was warm, even sitting at a high-top next to the windows. We both had soup and salad. Mine was... More

Went here on a night when the roads were bad and went her because of the reviews. Went in and was not greeted by anyone so went into the bar and asked where we could sit as their was a group of 9 of us. Some customers at the bar said to sit anywhere. It was very laid back. We... More

Stopped in for a light meal before a movie. This was our first visit to Onions and we were pleasantly surprised at the attentive service from all the waitresses. The atmosphere is very nice, a warm fire going in the fireplace. There is a pub menu as well as a full menu. We tried the bangers and mash and a... More

Was a very snowy night so trip this restaurant since it was close to my hotel. Was not to busy because of the snow and the service was very good. Ordered the Bermuda chowda and the Shepherd's pie. The chowder was very tasty with lots of seafood in it. They put the sherry on the side so you can add... More
